𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒/𝟐𝟓 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐔𝐎𝐘𝐄 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬

1. 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐔𝐓𝐌𝐄 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦: The form, initially set to close on August 24th, has been extended by one week till August 31st.
2. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: If you've applied for a change of institution to FUOYE, please be patient as it may take up to 24-48 hours or a week for the change to reflect on the FUOYE portal.
3. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞:: If you've applied for a change of course on the JAMB portal, remember to also apply for a change of course on the FUOYE portal to avoid delays.
4. 𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐎 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬: Although FUOYE did not await NECO results last session, they are likely to await them this year since the results will be released next month.
5. 𝐃𝐄 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Please send your transcript from your previous school to FUOYE to be on the safe side and avoid time wastage.
6. 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐔𝐓𝐌𝐄 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: The screening result, including your total aggregate score, will be released after the final closure of the Post UTME Screening Form.
7. 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫: The semester break ends on September 21st, but we await the official release of the new session calendar for the specific resumption date.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:
1. Having two different courses on both portals will hinder your admission.
2. FUOYE does not offer admission to those who picked them as second choice.
3. FUOYE does not transfer candidates from one course to another.

URGENT INFORMATION

We've received numerous complains from our aspirants that changed either their Institution or Courses on Jamb Portal to another in FUOYE, and

1⃣ their names have *not reflected* still on The school's portal, or
2⃣ The course appearing is a *WRONG* choice different from the ones they changed to....

WHAT TO DO
We took it upon ourselves to visit the school's ICT for major enquiries and we got to realize that -

Anyone who has changed on Jamb Portal ( paid 2500n) is ALSO REQUIRED TO CHANGE ON THE SCHOOL'S PORTAL ( pay another 2500n) to validate your change

Please disregard any other information because this is the accurate truth!

And lastly - FUOYE never and would NEVER EVER ACCEPT Second Choice of Institution..

2017/2018 Undergraduate Admission Status

Important Note: All Registration Exercise are Strictly Online and no Examination will be required at any time.
Step 1: You are required to accept this Offer on or before 4th December 2017. Details of registration procedure are as follows:.

Step 2: Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putme and login with yout JAMB Registration Number
Note: You will be required to Login using Jamb Registration Number e.g 76510415CA

Step 3: Upon Login Click on “Check Admission Status” to check admission status. If admitted, click on the “Accept Admission Offer” button to commence initial registration rights on the “Undergraduate Portal”

Step 4: Once "Admission Offer" is accepted, an account will be created for automatically on the undergraduate Portal and a password change will be required.

Step 5: Note that your initial password is "password", provide any desired password of your choice in the new password fields to change your password. [Note: Ensure to choose password you can remember.]
Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference incase you forget.

Step 6: Once password is changed successfully, you will be prompted to login again using your JAMB RegNo and your newly created password.

Step 7: Your profile details will pop-up for you to confirm and validate your information. You will be allowed at this point to change your passport if you desire to change it.
Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time

Step 8: After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.

Step 9: Upon account validation you will be required to pay a non-refundable sum of Thirty-Five Thousand Naira (N35,000.00) only as Acceptance Fee

Step 10: After payment of Acceptance fee, Print Out your Admission Letter and get the under listed documents ready for screening:

Admission letter (coloured)
POST UTME Screening Registration/result Slip
Acceptance Fee receipt
Two passport Photographs
One Office Flat file
Photocopy of UTME 2017 Result Slip
Photocopies and Original copies of O’level results uploaded during the screening exercise
Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
Medical Certificate from FUOYE Health Services Unit

Step 11: Once your screening is completed log on to the portal to print out your Screening Certificate for onward Registration

Important Information
Do not pay school fees until you have been screened accordingly. Failure to follow the afforementioned instructions is strictly at your own risk.
If at anytime you seek clarification, send an email and clearly state your registration Number in all your mail accordingly to: [email protected] or use our online Chat support system.

NOTICE ‼‼

*First Step Towards Fuoye Admission Acceptance.*

Once you are privileged to be offered admission,the primary action you will have to take is to pay the Fuoye acceptance fee *(N35,000 )* within the first two weeks of your admission.

Step 2⃣: Registration Credentials.

Once you’ve made your payment and have confirmed your payment, you’ve automatically become a student of Federal University Oye-Ekiti and now you will proceed to the next stage of registration.

I must confess that the process is not bread and butter, but it’s not that crazy, you are not the first and won’t be the last to go through the process. Anyways, here are the credentials you’ll need to complete your registration:

Admission letter (to be downloaded and printed from the school site)
Clearance form (to be downloaded and printed from the school site)
Original Jamb result
O’ level result with Scratch card
Bio data form (School portal)
Guarantor’s letter
Attestation letter
Birth Certificate
Local Govt of Origin ID
Oath from Court that you will be a good student and will never belong to any secret society.

Conclusion + Notes.

This are the major things you will need for your registration.
But get ready for some money consuming registrations like Departmental, Faculty, Student Union , Societies and Clubs , and maybe Fellowship 😃

Some people have the mindset to extort fresh students during their early days, so we advice you thread with caution.

FUOYE ADMISSION LIST IS FINALLY HERE, BUT...

News has it that some people have been seeing congratulatory messages on the Email they registered with , while others have been congratulated on their school's portal.

That goes down to -

Acceptance fee will be #35,000.

HOW TO CHECK YOURS

Login and check your emails (the one you use for your screening registration) and get back to see if you have any message from Fuoye,

Or

Log in to your your screening portal https://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putme look for the "Check Admission Status" menu on your portal. If you see nothing *calm down*...

Whatever you see, is still subject to change cause they're still working on it...

IMPORTANT NOTICE

It's the beginning of a new week and its Sunday, not a working day yet, so the personnel in charge are not in office yet to upload the relevant/updated details on the school SITE/screening portal but by Monday hopefully all will be updated.

SO WAIT, DON'T FRET OR GET OVER HAPPY!

Right now, everything is not set. Don't forget it's a digital thing, so it goes through process, stage by stage, Fuoye is still uploading the details,

NOTICE ON ADMISSION...

The School's Admission notice validates your entry.

Even if your Jamb Portal Shows *Admitted*, you still have to wait for the School's Admission.
As Regards that -

FUOYE and Jamb are two separate bodies. Chances that *you might not* get admitted by the school is just about 5% - after you've been admitted by Jamb.

Easy Method On How To Login to the CAPS Portal

Without necessarily searching for CAPS link and all in order to check your Admission Status, Reject or Accept your admission.

Simply follow these steps 👇🏼

Step 1.
Log-in to your JAMB Profile (the normal one you registered your UTME with)

Step 2.
Right under the menus by the left, you will see “Admission” menu bar, highlight on it and you’ll see “CAPS” as sub-menu.

Step 3.
Click on the CAPS menu and you’ll be redirected to the JAMB official CAPS page.

Step 4.
Click on “Admission Status” Menu to see the list of your first choice of institution and know if you have been offered admission/or not.

NOTE:
The portal is controlled by human being so If your details has not been submitted/uploaded to the portal, you will see the message “No Admission”, or “Admission in Progress, Check Back Later” or "Recommended" .
If that’s what you’re seeing just exit the portal and check back later.

The School website has not published it's Merit Admission List and there's no Expected official date as regards that but 👇🏻👇🏻

It's being rumored that the Merit Admission list is being uploaded on Jamb's Portal and as such successful candidates have been admitted via JAMB CAPS Admission Page.

You're being advised to login in your JAMB CAPS page to confirm the purported rumor and actually Validate your admission ( if positive).
Remember you have to *accept the admission between 72hours* .

N.B. : There's no Harm in Trying 👌 , but the danger is doing more than what you're being asked to do . DO NOT EVER CLICK THE ACCEPT BUTTON, IF YOUR STATUS DOES NOT INDICATE *ADMITTED* FROM FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OYE-EKITI - as you *MIGHT* forfeit your admission if you've done so.
