The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has activated its portal for candidates who wish to change their phone number and email address or have lost access to their registered SIM or email account .

According to the Board, candidates with genuine cases can now update their GSM number and/or email address through a secure and controlled process.

The service commenced on 21st September, 2026 and is available only at accredited JAMB Professional Test Centres (PTC), Professional Registration Centres (PRC) and JAMB State Offices nationwide.
