Is there any difference in these two concepts "technology in education" and "technology of education". what is your conception of Educational Technology?

Why do student teachers shy away from taking bold decisions concerning the integration of computer technology into their learning at the bachelor degree level? Why do they totally avoid its use during their internship in secondary and primary schools? What suggestions can we make for an improvement in this regard?

For some years now, the General Course in computer to improve the ICT literacy and Competence of student teachers in our college has been on. From the way the course is run in our college Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education Owerri, do you feel we are actually teaching it in a way to achieve the objectives of producing teachers who are competent in the use of computers both as a learning tool as well as a teaching resource?
