*Monitor pupils work,
*Make sure they are always given homework and marked with corrections,
*Note the weakness and strength of the pupils and have a record,
*Check the diaries and registers,
*Make sure teachers teach with marked lesson notes,
*Monitor class teachers job( at your leisure time,go and sit in a class,watch the teaching methodology),and recommend as appropraite,
Be the eye of the school owner and head teacher in the nursery and primary.
