Have you ever wondered why the people you are better than are more successful than you?

(Think of someone or people you know)

Then this phrase comes into your mind (this life no balance) to justify yourself.

This people that are better than you, may be those that you teach and write exam's for while you where still in secondary school and also university level. These are the people who always copy from your assignments and exam's, but yet you see your self behind them in real life.
( Then you say life no balance right)

The truth is that there is something this people know that you don't know and that is what makes them more successful than you.
Yes you are more intelligent than them
Yes you can speak more than them
Yes you can stand where they can't.
Yet they are more successful than you.

What is the secret?

They know something you don't know right?
The truth is that the world have now moved from CERTIFICATION TO SABIFICATION. I know some of you might be wondering how or even confused on this.

I believe almost everyone in this group have a degree certificate from any Nigeria University right?
The question is how many of you have a good paying jobs with this certificate, let say - a month. Please be honest on this. Then compare it to those who you think you are better than, but they are more successful than you. Talk more of those who earn - monthly with this certificate and compare it to those you are better than, but they are more successful than you.

Remember in you earnings,

you have to pay for

House rent

Buy shoes and clothes

Buy data and airtime

Pay children school fees for those that have family

Start up a family for those not married

Take care of family issues.

Build house

Buy a car if possible. All on the same monthly salary right.

Ask your self what you are earning right now,
Will it meet all this expectations?
The question is how do you become better than this people? How do you know, what this people knows

Remember companies are no longer interested in CERTIFICATES, what they are after now is SABIFICATION.

SABIFICATION = What do you know?

What can you do?

What can you offer.

Now check those who are better than you

Either they own a business

Or they have highly needed skills that are generating them money daily, weekly or monthly e.t.c.
They must own something that generates them money daily.

A business lesson from Al Capone

There are consequences, and then there

are CONSEQUENCES.

Mostly there are just consequences. By

that I mean if you just ignore a problem

it usually just goes away, like a fly

swimming in your drink – just forget

about it as long as you don’t swallow the

last gulp.

Even if you do, it’s a rather small

consequence and it kind of tickles as it

passes the throat. In fact, most of us

react (re-act, not act) too fast to

problems – often making them worse.

But then there are those problems, like

bad health, taxes, and no savings for old

age, that have CRIPPLING CONSEQUENCES.

I’ve got to tell you that all three often

are associated with money, or lack of it.

Being without funds and in poor health

has terrible consequences. Owing the

government money and not paying, is

nearly as bad as bad health, (and the

stress can lead to even worse health!).

Al Capone went to prison for not paying

his taxes, and when he got out, he still

had millions, but he also had syphilis,

which got him in the end.

So, we learn from Al Capone, that some

things have CONSEQUENCES. Pay your

taxes and don’t fool around Al.

But being old and unable to earn an

income has a whole bunch of

consequences that you just don’t want

to experience, even if you don’t have to

share a cell in Kirikiri.

However, if you don’t act pretty soon,

growing old without an income IS

something you will experience.

But it’s not here yet. There is time if we

get started today, and do what we have

to do before tomorrow comes.
