*WHY WOMEN LOVE AND SUPPORT HON. AMB. NDIDI IHEME*
by: *Bishop Praise*
Support for Hon. Amb. Ndidi Iheme among women is not accidental, emotional, or symbolic. It is earned through character, consistency, and genuine service. Women see themselves in her story, trust her intentions, and believe in her capacity to lead because she has lived the values she represents.
Hon. Ndidi Iheme is down to earth and easy-going, a leader who does not hide behind titles or protocols. She relates with people naturally, listens attentively, and treats everyone with dignity regardless of status. This humility makes her approachable and trusted, especially by women who understand the power of empathy in leadership.
She is hardworking and solution oriented. Rather than dramatize problems, she confronts them. Women support her because she is known as a problem solver, someone who steps in where others step aside. Her leadership style is practical, calm, and effective, focused on results rather than noise.
At the core of her leadership is a meek heart and servant spirit. Hon. Ndidi Iheme believes leadership is service, not superiority. She works comfortably with men at all levels, proving that collaboration not competition, is the engine of progress. Her ability to unite people across gender, age, and background strengthens her credibility.
As Director-General of Women Affairs, she has remained committed to the welfare, growth, and inclusion of women. She understands their struggles not from a distance, but from experience. This is why women trust her advocacy, it is informed, sincere, and action driven.
Beyond politics, she is a loving mother and a mother to youths. Her heart for young people is evident in her mentorship, encouragement, and support for their dreams. She believes strongly in impacting lives rather than chasing cosmetic projects. For her, leadership is not about building structures alone, but about building people.
Hon. Ndidi Iheme is accessible, credible, tested,

*SOUTHEAST CANNOT AFFORD TO BE A MARKET PLACE*
By: DR MRS ANYANWU AKEREDOLU PhD
I read Oblong's post “The Strange Politics of Self-Erasure: Why Southeast Stakeholders Are Selling 2027 for Personal Relevance” with deep unease, but also with clarity. Unease, because it confirms a dangerous drift among a segment of our political elite. Clarity, because it exposes what many have whispered but few have dared to state plainly: the Southeast is being positioned, once again, as expendable.
Honestly speaking, the 2027 general election presents a rare and historic opening for the Southeast to negotiate the Nigerian presidency not as a favour, not as charity, but as a matter of justice, balance, and national stability. This is not sentiment; it is political arithmetic. It is rotational logic. It is fairness. It is equity.
Yet, at this very moment, some Southeast political actors, particularly those embedded within the ruling APC, are actively campaigning for the renewal of a presidency that has, by every measurable index, failed Nigerians and deepened hardship.
One must ask: to what end?
A NATION IN DISTRESS IS NOT A CAMPAIGN ASSET
There is a simple test political scientists and ordinary citizens alike use to assess incumbents:
Are you better off today than you were four years ago?
For the overwhelming majority of Nigerians, the answer is a loud, anguished NO.
Inflation is crushing households
The naira has collapsed
Fuel poverty has become normalized suffering.
Food insecurity is widespread
Factories are shutting down
Youth are fleeing or despairing
Insecurity has become decentralized taxation
Poverty statistics now describe lived reality, not abstract data
So when government representatives travel to Davos to speak of GDP growth, Nigerians rightly ask: Na GDP we go chop?
Growth that does not translate to food on the table, security on the roads, jobs for the youth, or dignity for the elderly is not development, it is propaganda.
This reality alone makes 2027 a cha

IKE
(IKE-OWERE-WEST)
THE PEOPLE’S VOICE
Leadership is not about age; it is about capacity, character, and commitment. In IKE-Owerri-West, the people have spoken with one voice, and that voice is AMADI IKE.
Amadi Ike represents a new generation of leadership, young, focused, and purpose driven. He is a son of the soil who understands the daily realities of the people because he lives among them. His leadership is not built on promises made during elections, but on consistent presence, service, and impact.
He is widely known as a philanthropist by nature, a destiny builder who believes that governance must touch lives directly, youth empowerment, community development, education support, and human capacity building. Amadi Ike listens before he speaks and acts with the interest of the people at heart.
What makes him the people’s choice is simple:
he is accessible, credible, and accountable. He does not lead from a distance. He works with elders, youths, women, and professionals alike, building bridges across generations and political lines.
IKE-Owerri-West deserves representation that is energetic, forward-thinking, and fearless in defending the people’s mandate. Amadi Ike carries that mandate with humility and determination. He is prepared, tested, and ready to serve, not to enrich himself, but to uplift his people.
This is not just a candidacy.
It is a movement of hope, renewal, and responsible leadership.
AMADI IKE is the people’s choice.
The future belongs to those prepared to lead it.
A better voice for Ndi Owerri West.
