𝙷𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚢 𝚗𝚎𝚠 𝚖𝚘𝚗𝚝𝚑!
It's the easiest thing to have activity and yet not be engaged. You can equally be available and yet not present.

This month commit to showing up, commit to becoming the best version of yourself that the world has ever known.
When the lens with which you view the world changes your experiences shift!

Recalibrate!!! Cheers to June...

To learning, to inspiration and growth.

It's the start of another week and the end of another month. Remember as you evaluate your month consider how you have invested your time, the principal lessons we hoped you might have learnt on the theme 'on time' is that;

1. Seasons change
2. Eternal principles do not change and have been established to help us grow, love, and learn through our unique human experiences.

Have a productive week ahead.

Motivation Monday

"There is no right time"

The right time is relative and the right time means different things to different people. But on a second thought "to everything, there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heavens" Ecclesiastes 3:1. What this verse illustrates is so simple, but yet profound in that everything functions with laws or principles and the principle you apply in a season would determine your 'state of being' which would produce results.

Quick examples, a seed won't grow if it doesn't get into the ground, rain won't fall if water from the soil and atmosphere don't gather in the cloud. By now you must have seen the cause and effect nature of everything within life.

So 'how does this apply to me' I hear someone ask? The right time begins with awareness (Knowing the season you are in, sowing/reaping) you can interpret that as 'doing what needs to be done' and 'getting the corresponding result', this should be clear as all life is thorn in this cycle. So you must be aware of the season you are in, in your business, job, or relationships. Once you can do this and apply the necessary wisdom then you will truly be on time.

Someone puts it this way ' at every time in everyone's life, they are either failing at something, aspiring to be more, or succeeding at something' cycles. So where are you in this cycle?

Have a great week.
Keep leaving a positive impact.

What's your pedagogical Approach 2

Your approach can either be 'Teacher-Centered', 'Learner-Centered', or 'Learning-Centered'.

1.Teacher-Centered pedagogy
This method has the teacher at the center of the learning process, usually regarded as the "Sage on the stage". In recent times this approach has been largely criticized as most of the approaches only develop low order skills.

2.Learner-Centered pedagogy
This method shares roles in the learning process between the teacher and learner. Learners now become active participators in their learning.

Educators Hack
"Strategies to save time in the classroom"

The three underlying skills that teachers must have are the ability to "observe keenly", "Research deeply", and "Motivate genuinely". These 3 skills form the foundation for the effectiveness of your practice in the field.

How can time be saved in the classroom?

1.Prioritization
Knowing what Values, skills, concepts and competencies are necessary is fundamental and helps to narrow the planning process for learning units. This helps to not get carried away and exaggerate content over mastery.

2.Established Class routines
In most classrooms lesson structures and learning goals are not explicitly spelled out to learners. A quick example in a case where activities are teacher led, you will find that in the case of any interference class activity is altered and disrupts class flow.

Having established class routines helps curb class disruptions and teaches learners how to work with objectives during learning units.

Remember to effectively utilize these strategies you must " observe keenly", "research deeply", and " motivate genuinely".

"Time can become your asset or liability"

What differentiates the achiever is his/her ability to achieve through the effective use of resources at his/her disposal. Assets are resources that increase in value while liabilities on the other hand, are resources that decrease in value over time.

If you observe carefully all high achievers have one thing in common and it is how they regard their time. The reason for this is that with training and discipline they have learnt to generate surplus value through time, thereby creating assets of time.

Looking at time as an asset helps you know how to give priority to things that are truly important, so ask yourself "what is important to me?", If you can answer this then you are on your way to making assets of your time. The inability to answer this question would ensure time becomes a liability and have you chasing shadows.

So "what's important to you?" your answer is the key to creating assets from time.

Keep leaving a positive impact.
