Were you this eloquent in Nursery school or should I mind my business?๐Ÿ˜Œ

On the first day at a new school, a teacher pronounced LISTEN most awkwardly.๐Ÿ˜

I'm just glad they signed up for our phonics and diction programme, otherwise, the kids might have ended up believing that's the correct pronunciation.๐Ÿ˜ข

Yesterday, we had our first meeting at the office as a company, I outlined our goals for the term and discussed the strategies to achieve them. I also established timeframes for our objectives.

After our discussion on expectations and responsibilities, I shifted the focus to each team member's aspirations. They shared other things they hope to achieve this year away from working with the company, and I encouraged them to pursue these endeavors.

Why share this? Your employees have dreams beyond their work with you. Demonstrating genuine interest in their personal development prevents the job from becoming burdensome, fostering a more open communication environment.

While employees may not commit to long-term service, showing concern for their growth allows for smoother transitions, whether they decide to pursue other opportunities or continue with the company. This flexibility is why we offer both part-time and full-time arrangements.

Happy Resumption.๐Ÿค—

We are immensely thankful for the remarkable successes achieved this year including expanding our network of high-profile clients.

One of our highlights for this year was the success God granted us with kids facing reading struggles. Witnessing their progress moved me to tears, and I know for sure that God played a significant role.

Welcoming new schools aboard was a delight. ๐Ÿค—

To our existing clients, your partnership is valued, and we eagerly anticipate achieving more in 2024.

365/365โœ… We are heavy on thank you, Lord!

Let's have a blast in 2024!

One of the things I loved about her reading is the fact that she understood the movement of the pencil, knew when it was signaling an improvement in tone, and adjusted just fine. It was really beautiful to watch.โค

When we go to schools for teachers' training, there's always that one teacher who tries to prove herself. She wants you to know what you are saying isn't new to her till we mention a concept that's different from what she's used to, then you'll see her trying to prove a baseless point. Always on the ground of, it's what she has been taught and what she's accustomed to. She struggles to unlearn the wrong things. I don't know if it's an ego issue or the novelty of seeing our faces for the first time, because this attitude usually fades after the first day of training.

I advise my instructors to watch for these teachers. If you spot them, engage them. If they answer correctly, commend them and allow them to enjoy the spotlight. But you see that one question that you asked that is making the room silent, approach that "I-too-know" person and ask him/her. You'll immediately see humility in their eyes. ๐Ÿ˜

๐Ÿ“ŒDesist from arguing with them! Just tell them to research the subject matter right there so they can confirm what you just taught.

There's this thing I do when I'm teaching topics a lot of people find challenging or topics with different perspectives, I tell the participants to have their search engines handy. Keep their dictionaries ready so they can confirm these things. (Please avoid this if you're still an up-and-coming instructor; you might shoot yourself in the foot. ๐ŸŒš)
I do this intentionally, and it sends a strong message to my audience that I'm proficient in my field, and they can trust the knowledge I'm sharing with them.

๐Ÿ“ŒThere's a reason we at Diction and Eloquence Educational Services Ltd are authorities in our field.

I know you are chea_ting, but are you a cheat or a cheater, like a cheetah? ๐Ÿ˜„ Anyway, that's not our lesson for today. Let's address a misrepresentation.
