These schools have great value but lack recommendations.

It is no more your value that determines this recommendation but your ATTITUDE.

School owners who lack good attitude will always lack recommendations.

Some school owners are suffering their school because of their bad character.

A story went viral two days ago in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. It was said that a keke driver was hired by a certain woman for two years now, basically, to drop the four kids at school and bring them back from school. On Wednesday, the innocent children ran out of luck as the keke driver took them to whom he called his boss and practically sold them to the butcher. Few hours after he took the children to school, their mother received phone call from the school asking if they were okay and why they haven't been to school. Immediately, she called the keke driver who denied it and assured her that he personally dropped them at school. She involved the Police and they swung into action and got the keke driver arrested, the Police took him to the school where he attempted pointing finger at a teacher, that he left the kids with her but after a punch from the policemen, he confessed that he took the four children to his boss. He was taken back to his house and a search was conducted and I heard the newly redesigned Naira notes we are looking for were in millions in his house. When interrogated he said his boss gave him those new notes as pay off for bringing those kids and other ones he had earlier sold to him. He was asked to play a script as though he had another set of children to deliver to the boss, which he did that led the force men gaining entrance into his boss house and arrested every one they saw there. What got me saddened was the fact that by the time they got to his boss's house which was in another community still in Rivers State. They had killed the four children and frozen them. On seeing their uniforms at the backyard I heard their mother went mad, she couldn't hold her tears. Hmm. Searching the premises, the Policemen were said to have arrested the perpetrators and rescued 35 other children. I can't stop asking why were they in a rush to kill her own children when other kids who were sold over a month were kept in their lock down? Let's be careful

"THE LOGIC OF GETTING PARENTS RESPONSE TOWARDS SCHOOLS FEES PAYMENT"❗❗

The QUALITY of parents in a school determines the QUALITY of response the school get.

However, it's important to understand that the JOB of parents determines their salary and Payment response towards the school.

When you are not part of their salary budget, forget it, you will always face their BEGGING (DEBT).

Few months ago, in my IT organization, a parent called me up that their child was sent back by the instructor for owing. The agreement I had with the parent was that every first week of each month, they will pay #15,000.

The total Fee was #45,000 for the PROFESSIONAL COURSE their child was offering, the duration was 3month.

I agreed and they paid the first week of the month. The second month, they paid as agreed but the third month, they didn't pay up.

I waited for the second week of the new month, they didn't pay neither did they say anything about it. I sent them messages, but no response.

So I instructed the TRAINER to send their child back home.

That was when they sent me a message and started pleading.

I asked them to plead with the INSTRUCTOR, he has the final say. If he can wait for the new month ending before he collect his salary for the last month.

So I forwarded to them the instructor's number.

I guess you should know what his response would be. He refused bluntly understanding his SALARY will be affected.

Few days after, the parent made their payment without been pushed/forced.

HERE IS THE LESSON,

Sometimes, it's not that parents doesn't have your money, but the delay in payment happens because you are not part of their BUDGET anymore.

They have concluded in their mind that BEGGING can sustain their relationship with you for now.

So they will make a promise the first day, and drop part of it just to make you feel relaxed and impressed.
