“This is a call to act!on for school owners, educators, and even teachers. What is going on?

Some school owners will come into my DM and say, ‘We need staff, we need HND and ND holders.’ Then I’ll ask, what is the salary range? Some of you are saying ₦25,000. Some will say they need SSCE holders and offer ₦15,000. How do you expect me to post that?

The economy is not fair, and teachers are already losing interest. There are not even teachers again because of the pay.

Let’s take an example. A teacher is handling about 20 students. Let’s even use a lower school, where each student is paying ₦20,000. Yet, the teacher can't earn two students’ school fees as salary. That is not good.

The way things are going, this education system is getting w0rs£. Teachers are losing interest. I don’t want to call it gr££d!ness because some of you will dr@g me and say they are paying other things.

But education is a call to action. In the next few years, there won’t be teachers again.

Because I don’t understand why will you be paying someone who is handling 30 or 40 students in a class, and they won’t even earn up to a child’s school fee? That is not good...”
