Comfort is a blessing, but can be a curse !

When you are too comfortable that you forget to pray as you ought to

When you are too comfortable and you think God's word is foolishness

When you are too comfortable that you no longer obey God

Comfort has a way of sedating you against the truth,against doing things God's way

God warned the children of Israel in the old testament not to allow comfort to makes them forget God

Deuteronomy 8:11-14

Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:

Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;

And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;

Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bo***ge;

It is very dangerous to allow comfort to makes you forget God

The strategy of the enemy is to allow you to fall into the danger of comfort

God want comfort for his people no doubt , but the challenges as always been the danger of comfort which makes people to eventually forget God who brought them up

Saul made that mistake and Samuel reminded him of when he was little before God made him king and that brought him down

1samuel 15 vs17

Deuteronomy 32:15

But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation

The children of Israel's story should teaches us lessons continually,anytime they become too comfortable that they forget God they always find themselves in trouble and anytime they go back to God trouble seize

You need to realize that your permanent stay out trouble,out of fear ticket is staying with God in the place of prayers and be observing his way through his word

The reason why some of the challenges you are dealing with is permitted is because you are always too comfortable anytime you are experiencing Peace

Have you not notice that you find it difficult to pray when you are too comfortable ?

You find it difficult to stay with God's word when everything is rosy

David said it is good that I have been afflicted so that I might learn your statutes

Psalms 119:71

It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.

But do you know that it is not in the original plan of God to allow affliction into your life before you learn his statutes

God want you to learn his statutes and walk in it without having to be force by affliction

Jonah was given an assignment he refuses to obey until he found himself in the belly of the fish

Don't behave like Jonah who have to cry to God by the reason of affliction but he could have obey God without haven to go through affliction

Let me show you a scripture

Psalms 107:17

Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.

Did you see this scripture many people who are going through afflictions today are going through it because of transgression and because of iniquity

Sometimes there are certain things you ought to would have known, that if you know it you wouldn't be going through what you are going through now or you wouldn't find yourself in that mess that you found yourself , but because you didn't spend time with God in prayers you could not get that information even when God is trying to get it across to you your spirit could not pick it because your spirit is far from God

You need to be watchful, don't let the fact that you are running helter skelter to makes money or to create a good life for yourself and for your family sedate you against the reality

Pray without ceasing

Hear from God without ceasing

And live life the way God will have you lives

Have you even forgot that someone sent you to this earth for a purpose ?

Are you even fulfilling that purpose?

You will give account

But start holding yourself accountable now before the day that you will stand before God to receive judgment of all you do in the flesh

Without process there can not be Results
The results that you see and admire has gone through a process,if something goes wrong with the process definitely the results will be affected

ALTAR
An ALTAR is a porter that links a realm to another realm
An ALTAR is a link between the physical and the spiritual
An ALTAR is where supernatural is connected to natural
An ALTAR is where heaven connect to the earth
It is through an ALTAR that you can link a realm that is not your realm to your own realm and enjoy the benefits of that realm
An ALTAR is erected on the bases of encounters
When men encounter God or supernatural beings they erect an ALTAR so that they can have a lasting relationship with God or that supernatural beings
Genesis 8:20, Genesis 12:7, Genesis 35:1, Exodus 17:15
Maintenance of the ALTAR
Altar is maintains through sacrifices
Without consistent sacrifices altar will not continue to function
Exodus 20:24
In the new testament Jesus is the ALTAR for us to reach God
Because he had sacrifice his life an atonement for our sin and hath redeemed us by his blood

Ephesians 1:7
Hebrew 9:12
How do we maintain new testament ALTAR so as to keep generating results
1: God's knowledge (God's word) without understanding of God's word it will be difficult for you to maintain the altar you must know what God's word says over every situation and what it says about everything
2: Consistence prayer
If you can't pray consistently you can't maintain the altar
1 thessalonians 5:17
If you want to see God's activities on earth you must pray
Psalm 145:18
Jeremiah 33:3
Luke 18:1, James 5:17-18, Revelation 8:3-5

You must live a life of giving
Giving causes you to enjoy many things that is from the realm of God
Giving is part of your sacrifices on the ALTAR
Let talk about Evil ALTAR; Evil ALTAR is an ALTAR that is erected by men because of their encounter with falling angels ,these falling angels are rebellion servants of God who follow devil to rebel but were chase out of heaven, Revelation 12
such altar must be break because what such altar will be projecting will go contrary to what God is doing on earth
This evil altar is everywhere in the family,in the cities, village,in the nation even all over the world and those who have erected them continue sacrificing on them that is why they were able to continue manifesting themselves on the earth
believers are expected to break down evil altars everywhere they are or everywhere evil altars are located

You break evil altars in the place of prayer

When trying to make decision on marriage
You need to find out the reason why the person you are about to be involve with is where he/she is (the condition and the state of life at which you meet him/her)
Failure to get this right may lead to unforseen crisis later or the battle you are not prepared or wired for
If you meet him/her rich or wealthy you need find out how did he/she come about that wealth or riches
Because it could be through God's blessing
It could be through hard work
It could be through rituals
It could be through inheritance
It could be through fraud
When you are moved by someone's possession and you choose your spouse base on it,there might be a problem in the future waiting to happen
And if you are getting involved with someone who is poor or broke
You must investigate the reason for it;
Is it by inheritance
Is it by poor choices
Is it by laziness
Is it by lack of help
Is it by spiritual attacks
Is it by lack of financial wisdom
If you can possibly do a thorough research prayerfully and by engaging in a meaningful conversation with your spouse to be you will get the right answer and you will be able to take the right step out of poverty or the right step to maintain riches/wealth
If you are a man or woman who hath had many partner that you have been intimate with I mean you have had s*x with whether at the same time or one at a time,you have a lot of work to do;a lot of soul ties to detach from and is a serious battle in the place of prayer and in the purging of your soul with the word of God
No relationship leaves you the same every relationship you have with people leaves a mark it could be positive or negative but in this case most of the cases leaves you with negative impact why because it is not a relationship that supposed to happen in the first place many of these relationship left you heart broken the dream you have for it becomes shattered and it affects your views of life and your relationship with people you don't even know it has change you into what you are not and when you continue in that part you will get to a point you will no longer recognize yourself you will even accept that what you have become is you
Your past is not your past when it comes to relationships, because your desicion and action of the past is the results of today and the decision and actions of today is the results of tomorrow
When Essau sold his birthright he never knew that in the future it will makes him to lose the blessing Genesis 25:31-34, Genesis 27:36
When David slept with Urias wife sent the husband to be killed he never thought the consequence will be severe 2 Samuel 12:10
When you prayerfully and consciously work on the negative effects of your past or your spouse to be's past,then you can now carefully work on today's decisions and actions so that the future will be smooth and tomorrow will be beautiful
And just in case you are married is not too late to still work on it you can still rise up today with the help of the Holy Spirit to correct the error of the past and of the present,prayerfully and by wisdom

A weapon is as potent as the one holding it
No matter how great, fantastic, awesome a weapon is the potent or the effectiveness of that weapon is determined by the person holding it
If a child is using a weapon it might not be as potent or effective as when an adult is holding the same weapon
The potent or effectiveness of a weapon is determined by the holder
The holder's SKILLS and EXPERIENCE determined the results
So also the word of God, the word of God has been tested and trusted
But however you as a person also needs to believe and acts on the word so that you can generate your own results
In the book of Hebrews chapter 11 the bible talk about how men of old frame their worlds by the word of God
This weapon call the word of God get better in your hand the more you use it
The more you use it the more you are gaining experiences the more you are becoming skillful the more you becoming better at it, in fact the more you are becoming that word yourself

Living by faith is a must for you as a believer of Christ
Because the exploration and experiencing of redemption is through faith
It is in possible for you to explore redemption talkless of experiencing it without faith

Romans 1:17
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Living by faith means Living according to the dictate of the word of God and the Holy Spirit
That is why Jesus says a man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceed from the mouth of GodMatthew 4:4
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

if you refuse to live by faith then you already deny the Faith
And what is the faith: The faith is the entire embodiment of Christians believe
And what is Christians believes:
Christians believe;
1: Jesus incarnation ; the birth of God in human form
2: The death of Christ
3: The Resurrection of Christ
4:The glorification of Jesus
It takes faith to believes these four realities and it takes faith to journey into experiencing them
As a believer it is expected of you to come into these four experiences
When you come to Christ and get born again that is when the first experience happened to you
The second one happened when you understand what is called faith of the son (Galatians 2:20) That is when you literally dies to your will meaning you dies to the kind of life you desires,the kind of life you wishes to live but embrace His life (His will) John 12:26, Luke 9:23--24
The third one happened to you when you resurrected with a new life after you are dead to self but now alive unto God meaning you have put on a new man (Colossians 3:10

Romans 6:5
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

Philippians 3:10
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

The fourth one is a glory realm where you are no longer subject to anything of this world but you rules and reign over all creations where you take full charge of situations and circumstances and determine how they are to be
Is a level where Your talking,your acting is God
Is a level where nothing else is proceeding from you but God

Be the woman your husband needs and your husband will be the man you want

Any teaching on marriage that does not hath it's bases from Ephesians 5:22--33 is a teaching that is not from God's kingdom
I don't care how nice it sounds I don't care how lovely it seems
Because that Ephesians 5:22--33 makes it clear what it means to be an husband and what it means to be a wife under an husband
Moreover that scripture tell us that marriage is not just a male and a female adult comes together to start a home there is an example that was given when it comes to marriage and that example is too strong that you need to study it carefully and understand it perfectly well before you dream of marriage
If you don't understand the relationship between Christ and the church you are not qualify for marriage
No wonder there are so many broken homes today
Many marriages does not represent God's idea of marriage
Infact as a prophet of God I can tell you that it is very few marriages that represent the true essence of marriage as far as God is concerns
If you want Godly marriage go back to the bible and study carefully what the bible says concerning kingdom marriage
The standard is that Husband love your wife as Christ love the church; meaning husband the way Christ show love to the church go and do the same
Wife submit to your husband; meaning wife go and study how church submit to Christ and do the same
Wives listen to me your husband represent Christ over you whatever honour you can give to Christ is what you must give to your husband
Husband hear me well Christ's love for the church has nothing to do with her behavior or attitude It is an unconditional love

There is a relationship between forgiveness and healing
And there is a synergy between unforgiven and sickness
Many people don't know that the reason why they remain in sickness is because they refused to forgive their offenders
Isaiah 33:24
And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.

Matthew 9:2
And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.
James 5:15
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Before the falling of man there was nothing like sickness, but after the falling of man sickness gained entrance into humans body
During the time that Adam was in the garden the kind of body that Adam had does not fall sick but after the fall the body could not sustain the glory of God that use to covers it again so it started decaying and then the body began to age that's the point at which it becomes cummposary for Man to begin to number its days so at this point Man must take critical cares of its body if the body will not be breaking down with sicknesses and diseases
The redemption work will not be complete if Jesus will not specifically give provisions for healing in His redemption work
Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

1 Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
Even though Jesus has perfected the work of healing for man kind it might be difficult to access that healing without giving or receiving forgiveness because healing didn't come on it's own it comes after forgiveness has comes
If you could go back and critically check all the scripture I have quoted you will discover that it was after forgiveness that healing comes,so it is save to say healing is a byproduct of forgiveness
In case you are sick right now I want you to know that all you need is to received by faith forgiveness of your sins and you need to forgive also those who have offended you then receive your healing by faith
Let me take you back to the scripture again
Please and please you need to go and study" Matthew 18:21--35" it was Jesus that was talking about a man who was owing his master Ten thousand but his master forgave him but when he saw his fellow servant that was owing him hundred pence he refused to forgive, when his master heard he was very angry and deal with him but at the end of this message Jesus said so also shall his heavenly father will deal with whoever refused to forgive his brother
Matthew 18:35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

What will be your defence on the evil day ?
When your finances is under attack what will be your defence ?
When any area of your life is under attack do you have seeds on ground that speak for you ?
Dorcas died but her giving to the widows speaks for her
There is always that evil day that you might not be able to deliver yourself,and on that day you need divine intervention,do you have things that heaven can look at and say on this bases you will be help ?
Ecclesiastes 11:2
Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth.
Your giving will guard against evil on the evil day
The Bible talk about redeeming the time for the days are evil
That should tells you that there is no time on earth that evil is not walking around,but however if you can be redeeming the time you will be saved
If you read Psalm 91:5-6, you will see that there is terror in the night and arrow by the day,pestilence that walks in darkness and destruction at noonday, all these is to show you that no minutes or hour is saved
But however the Bible says redeeming the time
For you not to be partaker of the evil in any minutes you need to learn to be redeeming the time
Ephesians 5:15-16
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Colossians 4:5
Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
You can not be redeeming the time if you don't walk in wisdom
That wisdom is simply talking about God's word
Can you handle all life issues bases on God's wisdom ?
Psalm 91 vs 5 -6 is for those who makes God their dwelling place,who makes him their refuge,
Let me show you verse 4 of that Psalm 91
Psalms 91:4
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
The people that will enjoy verse 5&6 of Psalm 91 are the people that verse 4 of that same chapter describe
Those that trust under his wings which means his covering,how do they do that ? They did it by making his truth to be their shield and buckler which means God's truth which is God's word is what becomes their defence because they do the word
Evil day is that day that shame is knocking on your door
It is that period or that season that everything looks like the whole world has turned against you
It is that period or season that heaven is silent,so it now looks like you are left alone with no divine backing or diving presence
It is that period that you looks to the right and to the left and you can't seem to get help,even if you shout it looks like help is millions of miles away
But on that evil day your consistent seeding will speaking
Your labour of love will speak
The anointing you consistently honour will speak
Your usefulness to God's purpose on earth will speak
But what if nothing to speak ? Then you are on your own
The Shunamite woman could not partake of the famine because the way she took care of Elisha was speaking for her and when she comes back from where she went to hide herself all her property was restored,i have not talk about how she became a mother and even received her son back to life,still on the bases of taking care of Elisha
What will you even present to God on the evil day as your defence ? I understand the bases of serving God and supporting men of God with your substance is because of love for God and to move his work forward,but if you don't understand this dimensions too the enemy will mess with you like that of the elder brother of the prodigal son
You will just be full of service but you will find it hard to release your faith for things
Hezekiah told God the reason why he can't die,he presented his good works before God as a means of his defence,and his life was spares
Psalms 20:1-3
The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;
Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.
I want you to ponder on Psalm 20 very well most especially verse 3
I hope you have seeds,labour of love,good works that God will remember in your day of trouble
