As we celebrate Children’s Day today, we honour the beauty, innocence, dreams, and greatness embedded in every child. Children are precious gifts from God, carriers of tomorrow’s hope, and the light of every nation. May every child grow in wisdom, love, sound health, favour, and divine protection. May their dreams never be cut short, and may joy continually surround them.
Our hearts also go out to the kidnapped children and teachers in Oyo State. This painful situation has left many hearts heavy, but we stand in faith and prayers for their safety, strength, and quick release. May God protect them wherever they are, comfort their families, and bring them back home unharmed. We pray that fear will not overcome them, and that peace and freedom will return speedily.
Happy Children’s Day to every child. You are loved, valued, and destined for greatness.
