Did you know that wearing headphones for just an hour will increase the bacteria in your ear by 700 times

You cover your ears from the natural air when you wear headphones which increases the production of bacteria by 700% in 1 hour. Your eardrum cannot bear influx of bacteria in that much quantity so it starts to react by paining or hearing loss in long term.

Big challenge!

In a world where hearts may turn cold,

where kindness seems a tale of old,

be the beacon that still shines,

a gentle soul, in turbulent times.

For when others cast stones of disdain,

remember, love's not given in vain.

The beauty lies in how you impart,

a piece of goodness from your heart.

When they're not good, and love you lack,

your grace can steer their ship off track.

For goodness sown in the toughest earth,

may bloom into a wondrous rebirth.

In storms of anger and bitter spite,

be the harbor where they find respite.

For every soul carries a weight,

a burden that love might dissipate.

In the Quran, Chapter 41, verse 34,

forgiving souls, their rewards in store.

Like a balm that soothes the ache,

kindness has the power to heal and wake.

The Prophet's wisdom, a guiding light,

"Repel evil with what's better," he'd recite.

In Hadith, this truth is sown,

compassion's seeds are widely sown.

So, be the rain that gently falls,

on hearts that build their hardened walls.

For in the end, it's love that wins,

and breaks the chains of worldly sins.

The benefits of goodness, far and wide,

can't be measured, can't be denied.

You sow the seeds of hope and grace,

and they'll bear fruit in every place.

So, let your kindness be a creed,

a way of life, a noble deed.

Even when others are not good to you,

your goodness shines, pure and true.
