On International Volunteer Day 2025, our SS1 students stepped out in love and service, and with full support from the school and our amazing parents.

Together, we visited the orphanage home to make a difference.

SIGHTS & SOUNDS FROM NISSIMUNS 2025 — ABUJA
25th–29th October, 2025

Abuja was buzzing with ideas, debates, and discovery and right in the middle of it all were our Regina Pacis girls, standing with faith, friendship, and fearless determination.

These photos aren’t professional shots; they’re raw, honest moments captured by the girls themselves girls who have learned to see beauty through their own eyes.

The conference opened on the 25th with a quiet mix of courage, nerves, and curiosity. But by nightfall, something shifted. United in purpose, they worked deep into the night, reminding themselves:
“We have not come this far to fail.”

That confidence came alive the next morning.
When SunnyEgbuna Mmesoma delivered her Opening Speech, the hall fell silent. Her words held such power that even the MD asked, “Who is this girl?”
From that moment, Regina Pacis became a name on every lip.

They were the first to arrive, the last to leave, and the most coordinated in every committee. Even the once “quiet” girls rose with courage that surprised everyone — including their Staff Adviser, Mrs. Cynthia Iwenofu, who said:
“Never underestimate the silent ones. They may roar the loudest when it matters.”

Then came World Cultural Night a burst of drama, dance, and dazzling performance. Our girls owned the stage, leaving other schools cheering, knocking on their doors afterward just to congratulate them.

And then the Award Night confirmed what the entire conference had already seen:

Whitney Imhakhu — Best Rapporteur, UNDP Committee

Vanessa Ibeme — 2nd Best Delegate, CSoCD Committee

Regina Pacis Team — 2nd Runner-up (Dance & Drama) and Most Entertaining Team

Joy Ugwuanyi — Elected Chairperson (unopposed), the youngest leader

And in a rare honour at a conference with 57+ schools, three of our delegates were selected as NISSIMUNS Directors for 2026.

These girls have already won in courage, in confidence, in character, and in discovering the strength they never knew they carried.

The princesses of Regina Pacis made us proud… not just because they represented us, but because they found themselves and shone brightly on a national stage.

At the recently concluded Inauguration of the academic year of Prestigious Shanahan University Onitsha, an alumna of our School made us proud once again, by emerging Overall Best Student of the Year with an outstanding 4.95 GPA, earning Regina Pacis International School Onitsha, the recognition as a School of quality.

Infact, we succeeded in challenging other students of Shanahan University to step up their academic struggles.This has become a source of motivation both to our alumnae at Shanahan University and back home in Regina Pacis.

We are celebrating this moment, not just as an award received, but as proof of what dedication, discipline, and divine grace can produce.
