A glimpse into our just-concluded Career Day for our Senior Secondary students at Ozougwu Comprehensive Secondary School.

It was an inspiring and enlightening experience designed to expose our students to different career paths, broaden their vision, and help them make informed choices about their future.

Our parents, are our children's first teachers. They nurture, guide, and support them as they grow and learn. But there role goes beyond the home. They also play a vital part in upholding their children's schools.

By being involved in your children's education, we can:

- Show our children that we value education and their academic success
- Support teachers and staff in their efforts to provide a quality education
- Help create a positive and inclusive school culture
- Contribute to the school's growth and improvement
- Be role models for our children, demonstrating the importance of community and social responsibility

So, how can we uphold our children's schools? We can:

- Attend parent-teacher conferences and stay informed about our child's progress
- Volunteer in the classroom, library, or with special events
- Join the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) or School Council
- Participate in decision-making processes and offer feedback
- Show appreciation for teachers and staff through small gestures or recognition
- Encourage our children to take ownership of their learning and develop a growth mindset
