Happy palm Sunday

PLEASE, DO NOT WRITE FOR THE KIDS.

This is one mistake, parents of these days are making on daily basis.

Yes...most of them are guilty of this.

This is the time when knowledge is measured by the grades of mark on the child's book.

This is the time when the young ones are indirectly encouraged not to study because the parent is only concerned about the mark on the child's book even though nothing is in the brain.

Learning or education of the younger generation or society at large, has turned into mere ceremonies...in some places.

Please, listen

Parents, you can guide your child to write his or her home work, please do not write for him or her.

The assignment was not given to you to write, it was given to your child. Allow him or her to write it. If he or she fails it, he or she will learn from it.

Look at this...when you write it for the child, you have only spoilt the child and impressed the teacher.

Truthfully, every teacher knows the ability of his or her pupils or students. Whenever you write for your child, the teacher knows.

Please, let us understand that these children are going to be the drivers of the economy and the society at large, tomorrow. Whatever they learn today, in however form they learnt it, is the same way they are going to release it tomorrow.

Let us stop destroying the future in the name of saving it.

THIS IS WHERE SOME SCHOOL OWNERS/HEAD TEACHERS FAIL WOEFULLY.

A school owner is not a super being that could not be advised. A school owner is just like every other person. In fact, he or she should be reachable and easily accessible.

One of the challenges or problems some schools encounter is lack of managerial skills when it comes to the relationship between the management of the school and the teachers, the management of the school and the parents.

There should a synergy, a total work understanding among the offices of the team. There need to be a great understanding.

This is one the reasons some schools fail to grow despite the facilities in place.

Who are you as the school owner?

Who is your head teacher?

What is the relationship between the owner/head teacher and the teachers?

Is your teacher an "ALMIGHTY" one who does not give listening ear to the teachers?

Is your head teacher the one that knows everything?

Is he or she the one that always give give orders while sitting down?

No, a good head teacher does not give orders in most cases, he or she stands and move with the teachers to achieve a goal.

Yes, teachers love it so much and hen you are always up to lead and not just to sit down and give orders.

That's not one of the qualities of a good leader.

A good leader leads..yes...not sitting down to give orders.

In a school business, you need to stand up to see that things are fine and we'll represented.

Let me tell you..

Whenever you come into any school where is great understanding the officers or offices in the school, my dear, you will know. Yes,,you will know. There will be a team spirit.. togetherness and love.

Whenever there is great love existing among the offices, the result is always evident on the pupils/students ..they will learn and they will also be willing to be going to school everyday because there is love in the school.

Remember, wherever there is love, God dwells. Good morning and happy Sunday to you all.
