I’ve been working on machining some machinery leveling pads for the leveling bolts to set on. Learning this Cnc stuff! I’ve got the ramp feed set at 50 ipm, interpolation feed at 75 ipm and the rpm is 4,500. Pucker factor was high! Beautiful job that Tung Force Rec endmill is doing though. 1045 steel (scrapped hydraulic rod) The chamfer mill is running 8,000 rpm and now I can’t remember the feed on that one.
