Dear Leader! Train your people!

Scaling or multiplication, is all about training. It's a leadership issue. The loaves won't multiply in your hands but as you give it to trained people to serve the multitudes it multiplies.

Jesus multiplied the loaves through the hands of his disciples.

18. He said, Bring them hither to me.

19 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

20 And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.

A true leader raises people. A sole contributor who only focuses on himself or herself does not understand leadership.

To know who a true leader is, simply point to those you have raised. Fullstop. Don't tell me what you are capable of doing as an individual that will only get the collective this far and there will be stagnation.
