The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program is designed to prepare students for a career in medical laboratory science. It providesstudents with a comprehensive education in medical laboratory techniques and procedures; equipsthem with skills and knowledge necessary to become competent medical laboratory technicians, whoare certified towork in the medical laboratory setting with the ability to perform routine laboratory procedures under supervision of medical Laboratory Scientists,or gain direct entry into the University for Medical Laboratory Science.
