There's just one thing for your business to work, and that is focus on only one thing. I understand the aspect of having many side jobs, but that main hustle should be focused on at least 80% of the time.
Try to focus on one thing and solve a real problem. Don't just start it up because it seems like a nice business idea, it's something cool, you found a perfect business name that sounds amazing or you just want to belong. Look for a real everyday, painful problem that people are actively looking for solutions to.
You know, people don't pay for your perfumes, your clothes, you footwears, your jewellery, your products or even your services. People actually pay for relief, they pay for fittings, for beauty, they pay to save time, to avoid stress, to get clarity, to skill up, to feel better.
Now if your business isn't growing as it should be, ask yourself these questions:
▪️ What problem am I solving?
▪️ Do people actually "know" they have this problem?
▪️ Is my solution clear, affordable and easy to access?
▪️ What marketing channels have I created to reach the right audience?
Once you're able to nail these questions at the head and get a right answer to it, everything else becomes easier for you, you'd find marketing so easy, making contents so perfect, ideas flowing from your stream of consciousness, and yes, you'd get referrals from even people who haven't patronised you because they trust your judgement, they know you've got clarity.

One very mistake business owners, vendors and all make is running their business based on what they want to sell and what they like rather than focusing on what your target audience/customers actually need.
If you want and wish to grow your business in this 2025, you must learn to always listen. Run surveys every time, Infact, you can even run ads for this; targeting only your target audience to know what they want.
Always ask real questions. Don't be shy to ask, as this will give you clarity in business. Demand to know what they would like that you add. Also learn to look at the comments, this is where people also mention what they want.
Remember that great products or great services solves a whole lot of problem in the society, bringing smiles to the face of the people.

Consistency would always beat talent anytime anyday. Every single time you show up irrespective of being qualified or not, having the right skills or not, you set a message ready in the hearts of the audience viewing your posts.
They begging to gradually know you for who you are, what your business is all about, what services you offer. This graduates gradually into liking you, this is where can base is formed. And then trust slowly creeps in.
This what we know as KLT in business. Consistency is what makes an audience know you and your products or services, get them to like you and then eventually trust you.
Don't wait to get a ring light, or wait to find big money to start. Just start! Show up daily and consistently. Have a clear message such that if anyone is asked what you do, they would answer in less than 10 seconds.
Show up with a daily presence online and many posts talking about your business. Then put patience into play. You have to be in a rush to make sales. Have patience. It will pay off if you're doing the right thing.
Every business started small but they showed up everyday. Continue to show up until you're seen.
