THE VOCATION OF MOTHERING IS NOT JUST A JOB, IT IS A CALLING

Mothering is more than just a job; it’s a calling. Mothering is something that goes beyond biology or obligation; it contains within itself every day the opportunity to choose; every day you say “yes” to love, sacrifice, patience and faithfulness.
A mother does not only raise children; she nurtures destiny, builds character and creates the future.

Mothering is revealed most fully in hidden places; sleepless nights, silent prayers, unspoken sacrifices. Mothering is depthful by the simple act of choosing to give when it was not convenient, choosing to be strong when you wanted to be weak and choosing to love unconditionally.

Mothering is a vocation because Motherhood requires the entire heart. It is about giving of yourself completely, about being selfless, about being resilient and about having a love for your children that comes from a higher source.

To all mothers I celebrate you today. Your sacrifice is not in vain. Your love is not unnoticed. Your calling is sacred.
