🎤 PROF IKE E. ONYISHI TAKES THE STAGE AT IMSU’S PUBLIC LECTURE

Hear Prof Ike Ernest Onyishi of the Department of Psychology, University of Nigeria Nsukka, as he shares expert insights on how to thrive and flourish in uncertain times at the public lecture organized by the Department of Psychology, Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri. Titled "From Panic to Empowerment: Psychological Strategies for Survival in Uncertain Times", the timely event is scheduled as follows:

Prof Onyishi is currently a professor of industrial psychology and member of the Governing Council in UNN. The former Dean, Faculty of the Social Sciences, is an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow and has spent two years (2017 and 2018) at the Institute of Organizational and Business Psychology, University of Münster, Germany, as a Research Fellow/Professor. He has almost three decades of experience in research, teaching, and consultancy, with significant contributions to areas such as organizational behavior, human resource development, change management, conflict resolution, empowerment, and project development and evaluation.

Other distinguished speakers who will feature at the ceremony are:
• Prof Kenneth Amaeshi, a global expert in sustainable finance & economic development, and Chair in Business and Sustainable Development and Director Scaling Business in Africa at the University of Edinburgh.
• Prof Nkwam Uwaoma, a clinical psychologist and scholar at IMSU. He has a strong academic background in general psychology and has contributed to various research areas. Prof Uwaoma will bring his expertise to discuss strategies for navigating uncertainty and building psychological resilience.
