This little baby had an accident sometime last year, the accident resulted into partial paralysis but gradual medical attention is making the baby to recover a little. At the time of the accident last year, a brain surgery was carried out on his head and the second session of the surgery to enable good recovery for the baby is long over due and the father who works as a security personnel lost his job due to his long stay with the child at National Hospital, Abuja.

I paid OC 940k to deliver a car, after several failed fixed of delivery, I requested for my cash that am no longer interested in the car again which he promised to return the cash. Two days after he after several calls, he refund 600k and promised to get back to me ASAP, at this point the case had not gotten to the police station.

However, the genesis of all manner of lies and deception, enumerable words of assurance. After about three months of failed promise we proceeded to E Division police station where he was bailed by an uncle/inlaw who stood as guarantor with a condition to pay on or before 01/04/2020 and I kept reminding him till that date without a kobo.

Thereafter his language changed that he could not pay because of covid-19 that emerged. That he won an international contract but was cancelled because of covid-19, several issues.

However I called the officer in charge of the case officer Kenneth and informed him which he promised to act but also failed, later he joined him to give excuses of covid-19 as the reason why he could not pay, and stopped responding to my calls.

November last year I went to the police station and report the case to DPO which he asked for the cases fill, but to my greatest surprised the officer in charge said he can't find it, with much pressure I was asked to document and initiate the case afresh which yielded 70k and 30k three weeks after

Then about two months after I still back again to the police station and report the case to DPO, that i am not satisfied with the outcome and requested for the second case fill and still could not find it again, all with promised that they will sort out everything soonest and till date am yet to get a single response from them.
