HOW TO REDUCE STRETCH MARKS DURING PREGNANCY!

One of the interests of women during pregnancy is to know if they will develop stretch marks along the way and ways to reduce its occurrence. It usually appears on the abdomen, hips, thighs and chest

Lots of women do get stretch marks but not every one. It can also depend on genetics as well as the weight of the person

It usually develops because the skin is stretching at a faster rate than the body can cope

Here are a few things you can do to limit it

🔴Exercise- It keeps you fit and helps your skin to have a good elasticity

🔴Stay hydrated - Taking lots of water and fluids helps the skin to stay healthy

🔴Nutrition... Eat foods that are well balanced containing vitamins and minerals for proper skin development

🔴Moisturize your skin- This is a good skin care routine. Use

🔴Control your weight gain during pregnancy. This can be achieved through healthy meals and exercise.

🔴Take your prenatal vitamins containing vitamins c, d, e and zinc

🔴Treat it early as it comes. When it starts, respond early by treating it. Avoid substances that can harm the baby. Speak to your doctor about anything you wish to apply

🔴Reduce stress by resting in between your activities. It's very essential to help you stay healthy and also help the skin to stay healthy
After birth it will gradually fade away but not completely
Tip. Many women have said applying shea butter to the skin where it can occur helps keep the skin moisturized.

Also keep in mind stretch marks will not affect your baby in any way during pregnancy.
