NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS

Dear Parents/Guardians,

It has come to our attention that some unknown individuals are making fraudulent phone calls, claiming that the school is organizing an online Seminar meeting.

Please be informed that the school is not organizing any online Seminar meeting at this time. Kindly disregard such calls or messages, as they do not originate from the school.

We urge all parents to be vigilant and avoid sharing any *personal or financial information* with unknown callers.
For any clarification, please contact the school directly through PTA WhatsApp group or Call School Principal

With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we inform you of the passing of our beloved brother, Yanma spinning, school Bursar's elder brother, who returned to Almighty God early morning today.

May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, grant him the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus, and give patience and strength to the family during this difficult time. Ameen.

Today 7th July, 2024 is 1st Muharram, 1446 Hijri Calendar (Islamic New Year)and in recognition of that, Niger State Government has declared tomorrow Monday 8th July, 2024 *Public Holiday*.

The school will not open tomorrow. Academic activities will continue on Tuesday 9th July, 2024.

Kindly be reminded that our children will be starting their 3rd term promotion examination 2023/2024 academic session on Monday 8th July, 2024.

However, school fees defaulters will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to inform you about the upcoming Sallah break in celebration of Eid al-Adha. The school will be closed from tomorrow Friday 14th June, 2024 to next Friday 21st June, 2024. Classes will resume on Monday 25th June, 2024.

Please ensure that your child/children use this break to rest and spend quality time with family and friends. We also encourage them to complete any pending assignments and to prepare for the upcoming school activities.

This is to inform you that our JSS3 pupils will start their NECO BECE on 13th May, 2024. Their last paper will be on 24th May, 2024.

Please do provide them with enough food as they are going to be staying longer than usual during the exam period as you can see from the time table above.

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that our pupils will commence their *Second Term Examination* on *Monday 18th March, 2024.*

The examination ends on *Monday 25th March, 2024* for all classes except for SS1 class whose own extends to *Tuesday 26th March, 2024.*

*Note:* School fees *defaulters* will not be allowed entrance into the school premises to write the exam. Please endeavour to pay for your child(dren) school fees.

And please, do encourage your children to read for their examinations.
