FRAUD NOTIFICATION
The Management of NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar hereby formally notifies the general public, all prospective students, their parents and guardians, and all relevant law enforcement authorities that the institution HAS NOT authorised, appointed, or empowered any third party, agent, individual, or representative to process, sell, issue, or facilitate admissions on its behalf.
Any person or entity claiming to perform such functions on behalf of this institution does so FRAUDULENTLY and without the knowledge, consent, or endorsement of NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar.
The attention of the institution has been drawn to the fraudulent activities of the following individual, whose particulars are hereby formally disclosed to the public and to law enforcement agencies:

The institution hereby states categorically and unequivocally that:
i. Mr. Ayodeji Victor is NOT an employee, staff member, contractor, or agent of NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar.
ii. He does not hold any mandate, authority, or power of attorney to process admissions, collect fees, or conduct any transaction whatsoever on behalf of this institution.
iii. All payments, transactions, or engagements made with the said individual are done entirely at the risk of the paying party.
iv. NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar shall bear NO liability whatsoever for any financial loss, misrepresentation, or damage arising from dealings with Mr. Ayodeji Victor.
The Management of NKST College of Nursing Sciences, Mkar hereby formally draws the attention of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Nigeria Police Force, and all relevant security agencies to the fraudulent and criminal activities of Mr. Ayodeji Victor as described herein.
The said individual is engaged in obtaining money by false pretence, impersonation, and fraud offences punishable under the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, Cap. A6, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, and other applicable laws. Economic and Financial Crimes Commission
Members of the public are strongly advised to:
a) Conduct ALL admission inquiries and transactions ONLY through the institution's official channels. https://nkstconsmkar.edu.ng/
b) Refuse any demand for payment from individuals not officially verified by the institution.
c) Report any suspicious approach or solicitation to the institution's management or to the nearest police station or EFCC office immediately.
d) Visit the institution physically or contact the official administration for all legitimate admission-related matters.
