NAPPADS PERSONALITIES DAY TWO
Have you ever heard of *lotus*? an exceptional living organism known for its unique qualities and symbolism. The most outstanding part of lotus storyline is that it doesn't accept the disadvantages starting point of being buried under water but in its pursuit of light, it finally breakthrough everything that submerged it until it emerged into full world view to display its BEAUTY AND POTENTIALS.
Discernible attention to Idris Yahaya Oladimeji's gripping storyline, we realized how acute his comparison with lotus. Kiddy as he is popularly called found himself in an institution that's naturally incorrigible with their ideology of "polis-phobia" (fear of domination by political science students) an institution that will always stand against any attempt that will pathway for Political Science Student to rule or lead any of the institution union.
Kiddy never see this as impediment as he griped his focus toward achieving the goal of leading the union, though the achievement was a stillborn as he was impeded by invisible superior power yet he didn't relent on his mission as he eventually led the union as the Chairman of Independent Students Electoral Commission, the management and the institution stakeholders applauded his doggedness and political jingoism which prompted them to award him a meritorious award of great personality during the 1st Student Union Dinner and Award night.. He is indeed a lotus.
The mantle of leadership is not a bed of roses, rather an avenue to represent the sole interest of the electorate toward promoting good governance. This saying is dedicated to the credibility of a super heroic doyen of NAPPADS personality. He is popularly called kiddy, he has prove his competency and sapient ability in series of occasions as he bagged numbers of awards and achievements during his stays on campus. He is indeed an explicable lad, who have been able to leave a inedible historical achievement. This makes his tremendous effort of service to humanity remain intact in memory of NAPPADS members.
He is yahaya Idris oladimeji, a graduating student of political science, Kwara state university malete. He started his studentship in the year 2014 when he gained admission into Kwasu.
*Achievement on campus:* He was the chairman student union independent electoral commission(ISEC) Kwasu chapter, he also contributed to NAPPADS as the secretary constitutional amendment 2017, also he was known as the member of agitators to put public administration students portfolio in the constitution, contribution to students union free and fair transitional process of the students union.
*Voluntary activities* member of NAPPADS football team, school politics both departments and school level, tutorial member, member of summer class committee, was a member of legislator in 100L, was also a member of the legislator in 200L, Chief Clark in 300L, 400L was the senate speaker of NAPPADS, was also the chairman of ISEC Student union respectively.
Idris yahaya is a buoyant recipient of so many awards which include the following :Award of best legislator in 2016, Award of face of NAPPADS 2016, Award of NAPPADS ambassador 2017, Award of NAPPADS icon 2018,Award of NAPPADS sports icon 2018, Awards of merit personality by student union.
He is an honoured and dignified member of NAPPADS and as he is preparing for his convocation and to begin the next epoch of life. We @ NAPPADS are wishing him the best in all his future endeavors.
