It’s a great privilege to make a dress for my mum’s 60th birthday.
It’s a way to show my lil appreciation for all the damage I did to her scarves while learning how to make dresses for my baby doll growing up.
I still want to wish her a happy birthday and I pray she lives more in good health and the grace of God. She will reap the fruits of her labor and the strength to serve the most High God who has been her source of strength and her hope for years to come. Amen.

Lamirah Fashion School offers a weekend fashion course designed to provide aspiring fashion designers and enthusiasts with an immersive learning experience in the essentials of fashion design. The program curriculum covers the basics of fashion design from conceptualisation, illustration to design process, and fashion management.

The weekend course is normally held over a 16-week period, with classes taking place on Saturdays and you can also be at school any weekday when you can find the time to train. Once you enrol, you have access to school.
to accommodate the schedules of students who work or study during normal weekday hours.

Dear Heavenly Father,

As we begin this new week, we come before you with grateful hearts for the opportunities and blessings that lie ahead. We thank you for your love and grace that sustain us in every season of our lives.

Lord, we pray for guidance and wisdom in all the decisions we will face this week. Help us to seek your will and listen to your voice, that we may walk in the path you have set before us. Grant us discernment to make choices that honor you and benefit those around us.

Father, we also lift up our relationships to you. May we extend kindness, patience, and forgiveness to others, as you have shown to us. Help us to be a light in the lives of those we encounter, demonstrating your love and compassion in all that we do.

Lord, we bring our worries and burdens to you, knowing that you are our ultimate source of strength and comfort. May we cast our anxieties upon you and find rest in your presence. We trust that you will provide for all our needs and carry us through any challenges that come our way.

Finally, Father, we pray for a spirit of gratitude throughout this week. Help us to recognize and appreciate the blessings and miracles that surround us each day. Open our eyes to the wonders of your creation and fill our hearts with thankfulness for all that you have done.
