The inspiration to establish the Damboa Students Association, Borno State University, Maiduguri chapter, was rooted in the core values of unity of common purpose, community service, and welfare of indigenous students of Damboa LGA studying at the Borno State University, Maiduguri.

With that in mind, we downplayed our differences and endorsed the course of unity by registering the association, DASA-BOSU, to serve as a shelter that houses all of us, a unified entity wherein we share a common opinion from within as well as with a large group of people from the University community.

It is with great pleasure that I write to request the honour of your presence at the grand occasion of the inauguration ceremony of the pioneer executive members of the Damboa Students Association, Borno State University, Maiduguri chapter.

The event is scheduled to hold on the 27th of September, 2022, on the University campus.
