📣 We’re Back to Work – Admissions Office Update

The holiday break is officially over, and we are now back to work and ready to assist you!

Please take note of the following important updates and ongoing admissions processes:

1️⃣ HND Regular Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is still available. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early.

2️⃣ Part-Time Form is also out. If you're seeking a flexible academic schedule, now is the time to begin your application.

3️⃣ IJMB Form is currently on sale. A great opportunity for those looking to gain university admission through an alternative route.

4️⃣ All ND1 students are required to print out their JAMB admission letter and submit it to the Admissions Office to complete their admission process.

🛠️ If you are an ND1 student experiencing difficulties printing your JAMB admission letter, please visit the Admissions Office for proper guidance and support.

*Subject:* Urgent Notice on Tuition Fee Payment and Registration Deadline

Dear Students,

This is to formally notify all students of Kogi State Polytechnic about the urgent need to pay your tuition fees and complete your registration on or before October 21, 2024. Please be advised that the registration portal will transition to late registration fees starting October 22, 2024, at 12:00 a.m.

The late registration fee is set at ₦25,000.00. We strongly encourage all returning and new students to finalize their payments and registration before the specified date to avoid this additional cost.

Moreover, please take note that failure to register during the late registration window, which concludes on November 5, 2024, will result in the automatic removal of your name from the student portal. Consequently, you will no longer be recognized as a student of Kogi State Polytechnic.

We urge you to take this notice seriously and complete your registration process promptly.
