2019 Faith Academy Supplementary Examination to JSS1 and Transfer Examination to JSS 2 & SS1
General Information on Application:
There are 21 Schools in the Faith Academy Network spread across virtually every state in Nigeria. Applicants are free to choose any one as preferred school.
Nine (9) of the Schools have boarding facilities while twelve (12) are purely Day Schools. Ensure you establish the status of your choice School before submitting your application. Check the list of Schools as attached.
The online Admission Portal opens on Monday 24th June, 2019
Sale of forms will be between Monday 24th June and Friday 12th July, 2019.
All applications and submissions shall be purely online. No sale of printed copy forms.
Application closes by Mid-night of Friday 12th July, 2019. No application shall be entertained after the closing date.
The Examination date is Saturday, 13th July 2019. Candidates are expected to be at the Venue of the Examination by 7.00am.
After submission of forms online, applicants are to print the Examination/Admission Slip.
Prospective parents should take note of schools that require JS1 Supplementary Examination and Transfer Examinations to JS2 and SS1 as indicated in the attached Table.
Faith Academy Canaanland will not require JS1 Supplementary Admission but will admit students for JS2 and SS1 for VERY FEW SPACES available through Transfer Examination.
Application Form for JS1 Supplementary Examination costs #6,000, while Transfer Application Form to JS2 and SS1 costs #7,000.
Payment procedure will follow the same methods used during the first Admission. For details see the Admission Portal.
Supplementary and Transfer Examinations will take place ONLY in the Faith Academy of candidate’s choice. Please note that KHMS and LFC locations will not be used as Examination Centers (for Examination Centers, follow the procedure in the application process).

SIMPLE PROCEDURES FOR FILLING 2019 SUPPLEMENTARY & TRANSFER ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FORM

Login with your social account or click here to “begin Application Process” & generate new login detail (username & password)
Read through the “General Information on Application” and click on “purchase application”.
Select your favorite payment platform (either via debit card or Bank Deposit or transfer)
Note: Debit Card payment is N6,000 for Supplementary Entrance & N7,000 for Transfer Entrance. Bank Deposit is N6,200 for Supplementary Entrance & N7,200 for Transfer Entrance.
Proceed to step 6 immediately.
After doing the above, re-login with your login details in step (3) of this procedure
Click on profile (), then click on purchase form, fill your bank details & wait for 24hrs for your payment to be verified.
After 24hrs, re-login and click on profile to check whether your payment has been verified. If so, Click on “Application” button below profile. If pending, call the enquiry lines displayed on the portal.
Next, click on “Application” (), locate “New Application” button and click to start filling your form.
Click on “Review” and save after confirming that your data are correct.
Note: Ensure all the necessary data had been imputed before you upload any file.
