2020/2021 (ND-UTME) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

ELIGIBILITY
• Only candidates with Minimum JAMB Score of 120 are eligible to apply

• If you choose Kogi state Polytechnic as second choice or third choice kindly update Your First Choice of institution to Kogi State polytechnic via your Jamb portal (jamb.org)

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
• Visit www.kogistatepolytechnic.edu.ng

• Click on the apply now link

• click on apply Online

• Click on UTME Screening Application

• Follow the displayed instruction you may wish to download the instruction as guide

• Click on Proceed to login

• Enter “UTME No” as username and “password” as default password

• Kindly Complete the short bio-data Form

• Update passport photograph with red background no more than 20kb in size

• Upload your O’level result. if awaiting kindly Select the awaiting option

• Proceed to payment of 2,000 Post- UTME Screening Fee. By clicking on the payment button

i. Proceed to RRR generation

ii. Either click on Print to proceed to the bank to pay or click on Proceed to pay using your card details

• After completing the payment, Printing of registration slip must be coloured.

• You Must Come Along with your registration for screening

We Strongly Advise that all students follow the Covid-19 guidelines during the Post UTME Screening

I. Wash your hands before entering into the hall.

II. Observe social distancing

III. Wear a Face mask/Shield

How much is my recent school fee?

The reason for the increment of student school fees and other expense is because of the changes the student notice in the school campus... Road service and some other beautification zone in the arena..
We also intended to add and also increase the fees
to N2,000 in order for us to generate funds to complete the hostel A and hostel B and some other
building abandoned by the previous administration..
We intended to grow and rebuild the school to the highest level.. We hereby apologize for the surpriserecto increment of school fees, and is for the better of ourself all.. More good development is yet to come and more are still coming - Kogi state polytechnic rector

NOTICS
Starting from on Monday, 9th December 2019, ND applicants who are yet to see their name are told to start checking their name on the admision list as more Names will be uploaded in each department.. Thank🙏 You !

NOTICE
This is to inform those that haven't see their name on the ND
admision list that was release a few weeks ago, we advice you remain calm...
Second batch will be out soon. And the list remaining is just 50%. Note that only 10% name will be added on the list, and the remaining 40% names is called the special list.
The major reason why some people couldn't see their name may be :
1. They didn't perform so well beyond expectation during the screening.
2. Some of them didn't submit their full credential at the admin office.
3. Probably using awaiting result. And also not
having both maths and English in their core subject.
(4) Jamb scores maybe too low, ( below 150)
Finally, the management does not want to admit much students this year due to the infrastructure of the school and due to no hostel to accommodate the student..
Not all the student admitted to ksp will accept the offer to study or probably some of them already
gain admision to other institution. So therefore anybody who failed to printout their admision letter before 5th December, such person admision may be withdrawn.
