Over-cleansing and over-exfoliating is a real but not good for your skin
Be gentle with your skin
I personally have dry skin, so I can't even dare over-exfoliate or over-cleanse my skin. If not, I will experience things like cracked skin, itching skin etc
And I take gentle cleanser over lots of foaming wash.
