Hilda Adamatie is an experienced professional in the education space whose works continue to inspire students and teachers alike. She is the Head Teacher at Spring Lake School, Lekki, Lagos & Co- Founder, Cool Teachers, Nigeria. 

At the summit, she will be speaking on “Teacher Wellbeing, Health & Self-Management”. This session acknowledges one of the quiet crises in education—teacher burnout. With high stress levels, increasing workloads, and a lack of attention to mental and emotional health, teachers often find their effectiveness and motivation slipping away. Worse still, when teacher wellbeing is compromised, students and schools also suffer.

It will provide a safe space to rethink wellbeing as a professional priority. Participants will explore the link between teacher health and learner achievement, gain practical frameworks for managing stress and boundaries, and walk away with strategies to sustain energy, motivation, and balance.
