Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive is CAREERSORT’S ambassador to prospective and existing customers, requiring a professional and courteous image at all times with the aim of making the customer feel important and valued. Customer Service Licenses are offered for sale in accordance with timing and rates given by the Head of Sales.
The job purpose is to promptly respond to all leads generated and aim to achieve required conversion rates; closing sales at the earliest opportunity and best price by up-selling add on CAREERSORT services. Sales Consultant is responsible for ensuring company standards at handover are at that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.

Responsible for:
- Ensuring that all clients get their license(s) not more than 48 hours after payment is made.
- Must ensure the costs of all quotes giving to the client are accurate
- Must ensure all invoices are accurate

Scope:
The Sales Department in an Operating Division is responsible for marketing and advertising our company’s developments locally, ensuring at all times that a professional, corporate image is projected which promotes the CAREERSORT brand. The key objective is to achieve target sales rates/prices as agreed with the Managing/Regional Director and Head of Sales. The value of sales per license is typically $180.
Performance will be measured by number of licenses sold in a month.

Working Relationships
Effective working relationships are an essential part of daily working life.
This role requires the jobholder to be a strong team player to ensure all targets are achieved.
Maintaining an effective working relationship with direct Manager is essential in order to achieve company targets and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Commission Structure
Each Sales Executive has a monthly sales target of N500,000 which equates to only 20 license sales. When this is achieved take home Salary is N100,000, this dovetails into N5,000 per license.
We encourage all of our staff to be money driven and therefore we maintain a company policy for high commission and low basic salary’s to reward hard work and in order to encourage work ethic.
