Meet Dr. Nsikan John! 👋🏾

Dr. Nsikan teaches Operations, Modelling & Problem-Solving, Supply Chain Management, and Quantitative Techniques across our MBA, MSc in Finance, Fintech & Innovation, and Entrepreneurship programmes 🎓.

Since James Hope University opened its doors, he has served as the Founding Coordinator of Executive Education, MBA Faculty Member, and MBA Programme Coordinator, overseeing both the academic and administrative aspects of the programme.

Through his teaching and leadership, Dr. Nsikan brings valuable expertise and practical insight to the classroom, helping students develop the knowledge and skills needed to navigate today’s evolving business landscape 💼.

Exciting times ahead for Education and Fintech! 💡📊

On Monday morning, the Vice Chancellor of James Hope University, Professor Olu Akinkugbe, paid a courtesy visit to PalmPay at its Opebi, Ikeja office.

It was an inspiring meeting with the leader of Africa's fastest-growing fintech, globally recognized for driving financial inclusion and innovation.

The discussion centered on a potential collaboration between PalmPay and James Hope University (JHU), with a special focus on supporting JHU's Fintech and Analytics MSc. Program and the proposed Fintech Training and Trading Lab.

This program equips students with practical and academic expertise in blockchain-driven financial services, including bitcoin, stablecoins, and fintech-led inclusion innovations.

Accompanying the Vice Chancellor was Dr. Samuel C. Utulu, Coordinator of the Fintech and Analytics Program.
