We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Studio Concierge to manage the heartbeat of our premier musical studio and music school. This role combines the fast-paced coordination of a commercial studio with the elite service of a corporate front desk. If you are highly organised, driven by data, and thrive in an upbeat environment, this is your stage.
📍 Location & Schedule
• Location: Osapa London, Lekki
Working Hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

Your role
• Execute seamless client check-ins for high-profile artists, students, and instructors.
• Optimize daily room schedules, lesson bookings, and studio session workflows.
• Maintain a high-standard, pristine corporate environment across all studios.
• Drive client retention by delivering flawless, proactive customer service.
• Track studio website performance and traffic metrics using Google Analytics.
• Manage administrative tasks, lesson billing reports, and internal communications.

🎯 Who should apply?
• Powerhouse communicator with exceptional corporate presentation.
• Master scheduler who handles high-volume booking requests with ease.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams for seamless reporting.
