Tools down, skills up.

Another week of showing up, getting it wrong, getting it right, and getting better. That is how a trade is built.

To every trainee who kept at it this week, well done. Rest well, come back sharp.

Solar PV is a precision trade, not a DIY job. ⚡

Behind every reliable solar installation are precise load calculations, correct battery bank sizing, and strict safety protocols. Getting it wrong risks fire, system failure and wasted investment.

That is why at Etiwa Tech we train solar technicians to global standards, with hands-on practice, certified instructors, and safety built in from day one.

Five trades. One standard. 🔧

Electrical. HVAC. Masonry. Plumbing. Solar PV.

Different tools, different workshops, same rule: you are not certified until the work meets the standard an employer would sign off on. That is what every trainee at Etiwa Tech is measured against, from the first board to the final assessment.

Local skills | Global standards.

Which trade would you master first?

A certificate is a piece of paper. What it represents is not. Hours on real equipment rather than slides. Work assessed against global standards. And the judgement to know when to stop and check instead of pressing on. That is what our graduates carry onto every site, and it is why employers keep coming back to them.
