The Customer Service (Zendesk) Training has officially started this week, with participants beginning their journey into learning the basics of Zendesk, Phone Etiquette, ticket creation and management, and the soft skills needed to thrive in customer support and service-related roles.

Through practical sessions and hands-on learning, participants are gaining experience with Zendesk and learning how support teams manage customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver better service experiences across different industries.
