A Strategic Visit. A Bigger Mandate.
Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting the Vice-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Prof Adamu Ahmed at Vibranium Valley by VGG or strategic conversations with our Group CEO, Bunmi Akinyemiju , our Co-founder and CTO, Olufemi Shonubi ,our General Manager, Moyosore Asubiojo , and other business leaders.
The conversations centred on one big question: How do we scale and continue to maintain excellence?
With ABU already serving 70,000+ students on the platform and an ambition to reach 150,000 students next year, scale must come with the technology, service, support and operational excellence to match it.
We discussed strengthening technology for scale, continuously measuring student and tutor satisfaction, improving service delivery, regular training and ensuring that the right standards are maintained across the ecosystem.
ABU’s ambition to remain a premium university and its growing success with EduTech means the bar is getting higher. What we are building together is increasingly becoming a case study for other institutions looking at what is possible.
That places a bigger responsibility on every one of us.
From Engineering to Customer Support, Growth & Strategy, Marketing, Operations and every other team, we must stay on top of our game. Every interaction, product improvement, campaign, response and decision contributes to the experience we deliver.
70,000+ is an achievement. 150,000 is the next challenge.
