This is what part of Monday.com training looks like when it goes well. As concluded another session, Cohort 1 had built something from scratch.
A fully structured board with real data. Column types configured. Groups organised. Forms collecting information automatically. Filters and sorting working. Data imported, mapped, and sitting exactly where it should be.
And then we went further.
Automations. Live and running. The kind that react to changes on the board and take action without anyone lifting a finger. Status changes triggering movements. Dates updating automatically. Emails going out on their own. Items moving between boards based on conditions.
They did not just learn what Monday.com looks like. They learned how to make it work.
That is the difference between someone who has the tool and someone who understands it. One of them is more valuable to every organisation they walk into.
Cohort 2 is forming. If you want to be in the room where this is being taught, send us a message.

Week 2 at TekHands Automation ✅
This week, we went deep into Monday.com and honestly… the shift is already showing.
From building structured workflows to understanding how businesses manage tasks, teams, clients, and automation in one workspace, our students are no longer just watching tutorials. They’re building systems that solve real problems.
You could literally see the confidence growing during the sessions.
That moment when something finally clicks? Yeah, we had a lot of that this week.
One thing is becoming clear:
Tech skills are no longer just for “tech people.” With the right training and consistency, anyone can learn how to build, automate, and create opportunities for themselves.
Week 2 complete.
More building ahead

Something happened in Tekhands Automation day-2 training that I wish I could show you.
We built a form. Sent the link. Everyone filled it in.
Then they watched their own information appear on the screen in real time, right in front of them, inside Monday.com, organised, structured, and ready to work with.
No copying. No pasting. No manual entry. The data just arrived.
One of them went quiet for a second. That silence said everything.
That is what Monday.com actually is when you understand it. Not a task list. A living system that collects, organises, and displays information exactly the way your business needs it.
We covered the interface, boards, groups, workspaces, column types, filters, sorting, importing, exporting, and form creation. And by the end, they were not just looking at features. They were seeing possibilities.
This is what Cohort 1 is experiencing right now.
If that silence hit you too just reading this, Cohort 2 is forming.

Cohort 1 just kicked off today.
What I will say is this: the people in this training are about to become the most valuable people in any office they walk into. Not because they have a new certificate. Because they will be able to do what most employees cannot.
Most people are sitting on tools their companies already pay for and have no idea how to use them. Monday.com is just a to-do list to them. Airtable is just a fancy spreadsheet. Make.com they have never even heard of.
Meanwhile, the person who knows how to connect these tools and automate workflows is the one getting noticed, getting promoted, and getting hired.
That skill gap is exactly what we are closing in this training.
I will be sharing updates as we go.
Follow along if you want to see what this actually looks like in practice.
And if something inside you just said "I need this too," then you are right. Cohort 2 is forming. Drop "INFO" in the comments or send me a message.

If you still think AI won’t touch your field… hmm, you might want to read this twice
I once heard a civil engineer confidently say, “AI can’t take my job.”
Fair point… until you realize AI can now help design structures, predict failures, automate project planning, and even simulate outcomes before anything is built.
So it’s not really about AI taking jobs anymore.
It’s about people who understand AI replacing those who don’t.
Across industries, companies are quietly cutting costs, automating roles, and expecting one skilled person to do what used to take three people.
That’s the shift.
Now here’s the good part…
You don’t need to become some hardcore programmer.
But you need to understand automation, CRM systems, and AI tools enough to stay relevant.
That’s exactly what we’re doing at TEKHANDS Automation Training.
You’ll learn how to:
– Automate business processes
– Use AI for content creation
– Work with tools like Monday.com, Airtable, Zapier, Make.com
– Position yourself for remote jobs and earn beyond your immediate environment
This is not hype. This is skill.
If you’ve been waiting for the “right time”… this might be it.

Make your payment, secure your spot, and be part of the shift that’s already happening.
Because honestly… AI is not the future anymore.
It’s already here.
