Job Description:

Our client, a reputable school at Igando area of Lagos state, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal who is IT inclined to lead their academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement academic programs that meet the school's objectives and the needs of the students.
Supervise the recruitment, training, and professional development of teachers, ensuring they are well equipped with IT skills.
Manage the budget and ensure that all resources are effectively allocated.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.
Implement policies and procedures that ensure the safety and security of all students and staff.
Monitor student academic progress and implement effective intervention strategies when necessary.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in a leadership position in education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
