Due to non-inclusion of the scenerio that took place in kogi state in the 1999 constitution as amended and the electoral act.It will be of the best interest of Nigerian and kogite, if federal government through INEC can subject the issue to a "REFERENDUM" allowing kogite to decide their fate, in order not to cause anarchy in the state, because if INEC conclude the vote and APC wins, PDP will unleash it supporters, also if the election is cancelled and PDP wins, APC will also do the same.
