The Programme Manager will drive our pan-African programme delivery across African countries, leading the design and scaling of incubation, acceleration, and venture-building programmes for young entrepreneurs, ecosystem mapping and policy diagnostics, and commercialisation pathways that move academic research and creative IP into market-ready ventures.
The role also involves building linkages between Higher Education Institutions, industry leaders, investors and fund vehicles, and regulatory bodies, while supervising and mentoring project officers, consultants, and research analysts.

The launch of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Landscape Within Higher Education Institutions in Nigeria report was a resounding success!

On Wednesday, 19 August 2026, higher education leaders, policymakers, and ecosystem players came together to explore the evidence shaping innovation and entrepreneurship across Nigeria's Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The insights were timely and the commitment to strengthening the ecosystem was clear throughout.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. Esther Nmeka for delivering the keynote address on behalf of Prof. Abdullahi Yusufu Ribadu, FCVSN, Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission .
