When we started our 2-Week Signature Wedding Cake Masterclass on August 3, the goal was never to teach our students the usual.

We wanted to teach them how to THINK like cake artists, DESIGN like professionals, and CREATE wedding cakes that command attention.

And then came this beauty! A stunning multi-tier pink and gold luxury wedding cake that features designs that made the cake a complete statement cake.

But here’s the part I love most - THIS CAKE WAS MADE BY MY STUDENTS. Every tier represents hours of learning, practice, correction, creativity and attention to detail. Trust me when I say that our students are learning far beyond the basics.

At Nona’s Cakes Academy, we don’t just teach you how to make cakes. We train you to understand the business, artistry, techniques and professional standards required to confidently create cakes that clients are proud to celebrate with. HELLO, INSTAGRAM! GUESS WHO’S BACK?

Two weeks away from this space… and trust me, I didn’t disappear—I was BUILDING. While you missed me here, there has been so much happening behind the scenes at Nona’s Cakes Academy.

New plans.
New ideas.
New opportunities and classes.
And lots of work going into making sure Nona’s Cakes Academy is not just any baking academy, but a place where skills are transformed into confidence, creativity and income (very important right?).
