Weekly Tip for Christian School Owners
“Lead the culture before you lead the curriculum.”
Children learn more from the environment they experience than from the lessons they are taught.
This week, focus on building a culture that reflects Christ in everyday interactions.
Here are 3 practical ways to do that this week:
1. Pray intentionally over your staff and students
Take 10–15 minutes before school begins to pray specifically for wisdom, patience, protection, and transformation in the lives of your learners and teachers.
2. Model the values you want reproduced.
If you want children to show kindness, discipline, honesty, and excellence, let your staff consistently see those traits in leadership first.
3. Correct with grace, not just authority
Christian education is not only about discipline; it is discipleship. When correcting students or staff, let restoration be the goal, not humiliation.
Scripture for the week:
“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works.” — Hebrews 10:24
A thriving Christian school is built not only on strong academics, but on daily demonstrations of God’s character.
