I want to appeal for financial support for this boy that has a serious medical condition in need of a surgery. I have investigated this and found out it's true that the boy I actually sick.

I implore you to help with whatever you can. May God bless you in return in Jesus name.

PS. My account wasn't hacked, I'm doing this because this is the least I think I can do to help this boy. If I have the means to do this alone I won't come here to solicit for him.

We can also trust God to heal him miraculously. There is no Impossibility with God.
