THE HERITAGE OF FAVOUR

Memory Verse:-
"For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield."
Palms 5:12

MESSAGE:-
God is always willing to bless the righteous and surround them with His favour as with a shield. The righteous possess the original architectural design of their Maker. Favour is a shield that goes before you into rooms you haven't entered yet. It causes people to support you, doors to open for you and obstacles to fall, simply because you belong to Him. No wonder, the bible Insists that the righteous shall flourish like a palm tree.

Righteousness is the power of every true believer in Christ. Righteousness activates the power of son-ship thereby giving a true believer the right to operate in the fullness of God's power. Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people. Therefore, righteousness ensures that those that practice it are lifted, while those that live in sin are bound to be ashamed.

This leaves you with a choice to make today: to live in God's righteousness and be lifted or to live in sin and be reproached. Remember, God surrounds the righteous with favour as a shield, Favour grants you access into opportunities you never thought were possible. When you are favoured, people you never knew will support you; doors will begin to open for you and obstacles dismantled. So, step into your meetings, tasks, or conversations today with the confidence that God's favour is shielding and protecting you.

1. By God's favour, I declare that I am a divine project and cannot be abandoned, in Jesus name.

2. O Lord, I ask for the enabling grace to live a righteous life, in Jesus name.

3. By Jesus blood and righteousness, I receive fresh grace to live above in Jesus name.

DAY 19 (Saturday, September, 19th, 2026)

REST FOR THE WEARY

"Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary."
Psalm 68:9

MESSAGE:-
Spiritual and emotional burnout can leave us feeling completely dry. But during such moment, God sends His showers not just to make us productive, but also to give us deep, restorative rest. In our today's text, we see how God did send a plentiful rain when His people were weary. He did so because they were His inheritance and by His character of faithfulness, He never forsakes them nor leaves them alone.

As believers in Christ, we are God's inheritance. Like He did during the time of old. He sent abundant showers to refresh His languishing inheritance. Today, God is inviting all those who are going through spiritual and emotional burnout so He can give them rest. According to our today's text, Jesus invites all those that labour and are heavy-laden and have therefore become weary so He could give them rest.

Are you experiencing spiritual and emotional burnout and feel dry and empty❓ Heed the clarion call by Jesus. The truth is that no man can save himself. As humans, we are limited in power. That is to say, that certain situations are beyond what we can control and at such moments we must cast all our cares upon Him. He is the One that cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7) So, today, intentionally schedule a period of absolute rest. Disengage from tasks and focus on God and let Him refresh your spirit.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. Lord, I cast all my cares upon you because you careth for me, in Jesus

2. O Lord, send a plentiful rain to my weary soul, in Jesus name.

3. I pray for renewal and revival of my spirit, soul and body, in Jesus name.

BEAUTY FROM ASHES

"To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified."
Isaiah 61:3

MESSAGE:-
Naturally, rain showers can turn scorched earth into green pastures. God specializes in taking the ruins of our failures, heartbreaks, and grief and turning them into a testimony of His transformative beauty. To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, is a promise of total
transformation.

You might have been going through disappointments over the years. Meanwhile, your labour has only yielded little or no results. You have no money and have become an object of caricature. People have rejected you and mocked you and called you names. In fact, your life seems nothing to write home about.

God is about to do the unthinkable in your life. He is exchanging the ruins of your past life and turning them
into a testimony of His transformative power. Just give Him the "ashes" of your disappointments, unproductive labour, disfavor, poverty, etc, today. Ask Him to begin painting a new picture of hope over that canvas and your life shall never remain the same again, in Jesus name.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. O Lord, turn my scorched earth into green pastures, in Jesus name.

2. Lord, I hand over to you the ruins of my past failures. Transform them into a testimony of your transformative power, in Jesus name.

3. O Lord, give me beauty for ashes, oil of joy for mourning and garment of praise in place of the spirit of heaviness, in Jesus name.

4. O Lord, make our G. O and Mommy in the Lord to be called trees of righteousness and the planting of the LORD, in Jesus name.

RESTORING THE WASTED YEARS

"And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the
caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you."

MESSAGE:-
Drought brings pests, and life's hard seasons can feel like wasted time. But God's showers are restorative. He can pack more growth, favour and joy into one season of blessing than all the years lost to the locusts, caterpillars, and cankerworms. In our today's devotional guide, God promises to restore everything that the cankerworm, caterpillar, and palmerworm had eaten. This is a way of assuring His people that He would release showers upon them. This means that whatever you had lost in the time past, shall be recovered and restored.

It doesn't matter who had devoured your goods or for how long the devourer had heldsway over your life. What matters now is that there is an assurance of restoration. God is aware of everything the devil, his demons, evil spirits and their human agents had stolen from your life. In fulfillment of His promise, He will recover them and restore you by pouring His showers of blessings upon your life. By this resolve, His blessings shall locate you like rain showers and you shall eat in plenty until you are satisfied, in Jesus name.

Maybe God has allowed the devourer to your goods as a result of sin. However, His anger does not last forever. So, leverage on His mercy to obtain forgiveness. And any prayer you make this month in the direction of recovery and restoration shall receive answers by the reason of His mercy. However, seek first His kingdom and righteousness and every other covenant
promises shall be activated and added unto you, in Jesus name.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:

1. O Lord, restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, in Jesus name.

2. Father, recover and restore unto me everything the enemy had stolen from my life, in Jesus name.

3. O Lord, establish me; stabilize and settle me, in Jesus name.

4. O Lord, refill our G. O and Mommy in the Lord with every fruit and virtues that had gone out of them in the course of preaching your word, in Jesus name.

MESSAGE:-
Many people erroneously believe that the greatest blessing God pours out on His Children is the material or financial. Far from it!
However, the greatest blessing God pours out is His lavish love which defines who you are. You are not a slave to your past or your performance; you are a child of the King. You are a carefully and wonderfully constructed Architectural design. At man’s creation, God said “Let us make man…” No wonder, our today’s memory verse exclaims, “What manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us that we should be called the sons of God”.

Our today’s text explains God’s reason for allowing Jesus Christ to take the form of a mortal man in order to save man from sin and death. It says, “ For God so loved the world.” He died that we might live again. Therefore, the greatest gift of God is the salvation of man’s soul.

So, being a child of God is a privilege. Spend a few minutes looking in the mirror or sitting quietly, repeating: "I am deeply loved, completely forgiven, and a child of God. "This is not a matter of what you have or do not have. It is a matter of who you are. You are highly blessed being a Chosen of the Father. So, celebrate the love of God upon your life today.

OBEDIENCE ACTIVATES SHOWERS

Memory Verse:-
"And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God".
Deuteronomy 28:1-2

MESSAGE:-
All these blessings, as contained in our today's memory verse represent 'rain of blessings. God was telling the Israelites of Moses time that all those blessings would come upon them and overtake them if they should hearken His voice and obey His commandments. That is to say obedience Activate showers. As long as the people lived in obedience to the commandments of God, there shall be a release of showers.

OBEDIENCE is a crucial virtue in our walk and relationship with God. Since creation, God has insisted on obedience to His commandment. Disobedience fractures our relationship with God. (Isaiah 59:1-2) When we work in obedience to the commandment of God, we align with His will and cause His blessings to be released. That means, we must be in total agreement with God. The Bible asks, "Can two people walk together except they agree?" (Amos 3:3)

God is our Father. He leads and we follow. He knows the way and knows the good or bad for us. He knows that obedience will make us to thrive and flourish, while disobedience will shut us out of His presence. It is only through obedience to His word that we can enter His throne of grace. Therefore, as you obey His commandments today, showers of blessings shall come upon your life and everything concerning you shall be blessed, in Jesus Christ's name.

1. O God, give me the grace to walk in obedience to your word, in Jesus name.

2. Any spirit of disobedience working in my life; be gone by fire, in Jesus name.

3. Any contamination, pollution and defilement disobedience have caused in my life, be washed off by the blood of the Lamb, in Jesus name.

4. O God of Chosen, we pray that our G. O and Mommy in the Lord will not make the mistakes that others have made, in Jesus name.

WE NEED GRACE

"For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich."
2 Corinthians 8:9

MESSAGE:-
Grace is an unmerited favour. It is something we do not work for. As humans there is a limit to what we can do. Therefore, we need grace to get where ordinarily we cannot get to. Meanwhile, grace has been made available to mankind through our Lord Jesus Christ. It is grace that makes us what we are. Apostle Paul says, "By the grace of God I am what I am,"

Now, this grace has been made available to all through Jesus death and resurrection. Jesus Christ was rich. But for our sakes. He became poor so that through His poverty, we might be rich. Therefore, we need this grace of God to do all things. Without grace, yokes cannot break. The bible says that the yoke shall break because of the anointing (Isaiah 10:27) Without grace showers cannot be enabled. This is the work of grace. The grace of God is sufficient for every true believer.

Apostle Paul had an affliction that later became a thorn in his flesh and he asked God for intervention thrice, but received the word "My graces is sufficient unto thee." This is a pointer that grace is all we need to overcome and operate in God's showers. God says that His strength is made perfect in weakness. The truth is that sufficient grace is already released upon your life. Therefore, it is not a secret that the grace to do all things resides with Christ. (Philippians 4:13) All that is needed to activate God's showers is to know Christ and the power of His resurrection. Connect with Him today through repentance and salvation and the grace to operate in showers shall receive activation in your life, in Jesus name.

1. By Jesus' death and resurrection, I receive the grace to do all things, in Jesus name.

2. By grace, I receive the anointing for wealth creation upon my life, in Jesus name

3. By the grace of God, I overcome poverty in all its ramifications, in Jesus name.

MULTIPLYING THE LITTLE

Memory Verse:-
"And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days."
1kings 17:15

MESSAGE:-
The reason many people do not break into God's showers of blessings is not just because they lack faith; but rather because they are unwilling to surrender what they have.
This was demonstrated in the life of the woman of Zarephat, who had just one more dose of food to eat with her son and then possibly die.

Out of that little,
Prophet Elijah asked her to prepare for him some cake, which she did.
Now, here is the inherent lesson: The widow of Zarephath thought she was preparing her last meal, but obedience to the prophet's command turned her scarcity into a continuous supply. This is to teach us that God uses our willingness to surrender what we have in order to unlock what He has. Many people are afraid to give offering, pay tithes and first-fruits and generally support the work of the gospel for fear that their resources might diminish or get exhausted.

What is that "little" thing you are holding onto out of fear? Is it your tithe, offering, first-fruit, etc? Offer it to God in faith, whether it is time, a talent, or a resource.
There is always a spiritual dimension to giving. It activates God's principle of reciprocity. So, do not hold back any longer.

1. O Lord, make me willing to surrender what I have to unlock what you have, in Jesus name.

2. I bind every orphan spirit discouraging me from giving unto God, in Jesus name.

3. I pray for comprehensive faith in the blood of the Lamb of God, in Jesus name.

4. Lord, give our G. O and Mommy in the Lord every boldness and courage they need to disseminate the gospel of Christ, in Jesus name.

THE DAILY MANNA

"Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no."
Exodus16:4

MESSAGE:-
According to our today's text, God told Moses He would rain down bread from heaven for the people and they were to go out each day and gather enough for that day. So many lessons can be drawn from God's statement here. from heaven for the people and they were to go out cach day and gather here. Sometimes blessings come as a heavy downpour, at other times they come as daily provision. However, the goal here is that they might trust God day-by-day. This will help build an intimacy that a single massive windfall never could.

In as much as God was willing to 'rain' bread from heaven, He desired that the children of Israel gather the manna daily could be a way to control envy, and covetousness among the people. It is possible that while looking forward to God's showers, you might be tempted to grab it all once. However, God is using today's memory verse to counsel every believer in Christ to exercise restraint when it comes to what they will eat.

Jesus Christ while teaching His disciples how to pray taught them to declare "Give us this day, our daily bread, "We have to focus entirely on today, while still hoping for tomorrow. Thank God specifically for your "daily bread" - your current health, food, shelter and other provisions. There is no justification allowing anxiety to flood your mind over what to eat tomorrow. Let us focus on today.

1. O Lord, give us this day; our daily bread, in Jesus' name.

2. Any spirit of envy, greed and covetousness working in my life, receive destruction, in Jesus' name.

3. O Lord, supply all my needs according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

4. Lord, open the doors of financial favour and provide for our G.O, Mommy in the Lord and The Lord's Chosen Ministry everything needed to run the ministry effectively, in Jesus' name.

UNEXPECTED OASES

Memory Verse:-
"I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water."
Isaiah 41:18

MESSAGE:-
The word, "Oases" might sound unfamiliar with many people. However, an oasis (plural: oases) is an isolated fertile patch of land within a desert or semi-arid environment that is sustained by a source of fresh water. This offers an idea into what God has designed for His people. He will open unexpected showers upon them.

According to our today's memory verse, God promises to open rivers in high places and fountains of water in the midst of the valleys. He will make the wilderness to become a pool of water and the dry land springs of water. These are places that are naturally not designed to harbour such resources. But this plan of God is a pointer that God can make impossible situations to become possible

I do not know what you are going through that appears a high valley, or wilderness or valley or dry land. But one thing is sure: God is ready to turn it around. He will open rivers and fountains of living water in those places and your situation of hopelessness and helplessness shall be turned around for good. God is not limited by geography or circumstances. He can create opportunities, open doors, and provide resources in places where everyone else sees a wasteland. Therefore, stop disqualifying yourself based on your current environment. Trust that God can cause a river to flow exactly where you are standing right now, in Jesus name.

1. Every dry land in my life, turn to rivers of living water, in Jesus name.

2. Every hopeless and helpless situation in my life, receive a turnaround, in Jesus name.

3. O Lord, create opportunities, open doors and provide resources for me, in Jesus name.

4. O Lord, grant our G. O, Mommy in the Lord and The Lord's Chosen Ministry access to difficult terrains, in Jesus name.
