Who we are:
We are a non-profit organization committed to giving back to the community that has helped raised us. Education Nigeria seeks to guide high school students in Nigeria into excellence in their academic pursuits. Selected students will be assigned to specific scholarly mentors based on their career goals and career aspirations. The mentors, through their personal experiences, will provid

e each assigned student with necessary information and guidance to academic success, and will also provide assistance in ensuring that these students get admitted to top universities around the world, while exploring means of financial assistance for them. Successful students will later become mentors themselves, thus extending the chain of guiding our young Nigerian students into attaining superb academic excellence. What we are looking for:
We are looking for self-start students, independent, determined and ready to serve their communities.

The summer 2015 Workshop Application is officially open! For two-weeks, you will have the opportunity to live and work on creating innovative solutions to problems facing our communities.
ImpactLabs is an initiative launched by students and graduates of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University in 2014. This year, we are joined by the Technology Innovation Labs (TIL) of Bells University, Ota, Nigeria. We bring varied expertise in engineering design, software, and biomedical engineering. During the 2015 summer camp, the participants will gain hands-on experience combining techniques in software and engineering design into real-life technology in health, agriculture and/or sanitation. These projects are expected to be of immediate impact and relevance to a community in Nigeria.

This year's program is scheduled to take place August 10-21, 2015 at Bells University, Ota, Ogun State. It is residential and free. Last year's program details can be found here.

Cost: FREE!
