This is the third occasion I'd be getting a feedback as bitter as this about . It came few days after they got their copy.
Generally speaking, if you handpick a 100 people from any given population, not less than 85 of them (a rough guess) have a “past” that *haunts* them.
Each time I encounter(ed) a new story (during my interactions with my sources and interviewees), I ask(ed) myself “Must people have a past ”? Meanwhile, these _pasts_ that most people lament are not inevitable. Our collective carelessness is what makes them appear impossible. How about helping the next generation avoid these ugly experiences, folks? This is one of my goals for writings .

Blinding Realities tells many touching stories. Yet, the book has a story of its own.
The story behind this masterpiece is a story of hurt, a story of regrets...a story of disappointments.
It is an untold story of millions of young boys and girls and their horrible experiences through adolescence.
It is a story of our destructive silence over the centuries and the repercussions of the this recklessness that we have allowed to thrive for ages.
Blinding Realities is a story of hurt that snatches my sleep ever since that rainy evening.
I know these stories (will) hurt you too. I know you know these stories too. I know you will join these too.

"The first hour of the morning is the rudder of the day", Henry Ward Beecher mused. Do you know that the manner you expend those precious hours largely predicts the productive quality of your day? Exploit the coolness of the morrow. The muses love the morning - Benjamin Franklin.

Having setting out mentally prepared to learn and chosen a suitable location, the next effective action on your study tip is to 'cut off' all distractions.
This is especially important in a world cluttered with noise, excessive information and several tools of distraction like your smart phone, media devices, television, etc. Of course, distraction could be a friend, a recurring thought or feeling of hunger, anger or excitement. You have to check these cues and be sure you are good and ready to go before kicking off your learning process.
In other to fully focus on your study material and immerse yourself in learning, you require a 100% attention. As a matter of fact, the reward for learning to concentrate goes beyond reading and studying. Most time, productivity relies heavily on your ability to concentrate on the information at hand until your brain shines its light of apprehension on the task (like a camera does when taking a shot), captures it in and processes the data to either interpret it for instant use or store it for future retrieval.
Remember, your working memory needs ample time and concentration to process a piece of information before passing it on to your long-term memory. Without this immersive experience, those pieces of information will keep slipping off your grasp and it will be as though you never studied at all.
The takeaway is : if you ever decide to study at all, you must do it with all of your attention. This way, your insignificant 30 minutes of study will be better off someone else's 1 hour of disjointed session.
